Ordered the Lilac dream for my wifes birthday. Couldn't fault the delivery as they came exactly when they were supposed to. The size of the bouquet was a lot smaller than expected and the quality poor for the price.. 2 out of 3 roses had wilted within 12 hours of delivery and had to be thrown away within 24 hours . I have had flowers from Bunches before and been pleased with them but would have to consider whether to ever order any more from them.

I ordered some flowers for my Friends 60th birthday, They arrived a day later than I ordered them for, when I complained I got an email saying that because I only ordered them 2 days before I was told they might get delivered a day later, (which is a load of rubbish, I never read anything like that when I placed the order!) ,and I actually ordered them a week before!, eventually I got a £5 refund, I was very disappointed with their service. however I must say the flowers were lovely, but I will not be using them again.

We advise customers choosing our free Royal Mail First Class Post service that delivery usually takes between 1-2 days. For future reference, we do offer a range of guaranteed delivery services where you can select a specific day for delivery of your gift for a extra charge. We where not at all impressed,The fresias where in poor condition the Bouqet over all was very Sparse

although delivery was when they said it would be, the flowers did not look like what I ordered, they were no in bud stage as advised they would be and for the price I paid I expected more that 7 flowers. Wont be using again as disgusting product, some of the open flowers were already dead.

very sorry to have to say that I was disappointed on this occasion, the flowers were intended for close family members that had suffered a bereavement on Christmas eve, they had to travel to Isle of Lewis on Boxing day and help arrange the funeral. The flowers were meant to add some joy , I ordered them on the 28th (first real opportunity) and they never got there till 4th Jan by which time they were on their way back home, even allowing for festive seasonal hold ups I think this was a poor service.

I had ordered flowers on your web site and they were to be delivered by Christmas eve, sadly that was not the case, I had let down my friends they were to be sent too.

I'm sorry to have to say that the Christmas carnation selection was quite disappointing. The bright red carnations were lovely but the candy stripe ones only half opened and the darker red carnations did not open at all. I was a bit embarrassed when I visited my friend to see them. I had carnations sent to me for my birthday in October and they were so lovely and lasted so long that I decided to order the Christmas selection for my friend.

Although I have rated Bunches as poor this needs to be qualified with an explanation. I ordered flowers to be delivered on 30 Dec and an attempt was made on that date. However the recipient was out on that day and as the Post Office do not leave a delivery with anyone else they took it back to the depot to be collected. The problem being that the recipient was not able to pick these up until 2 January. Having said that I understand that the flowers were still fresh and the balloon still inflated. I did not see these for myself so can only take the recipients word hoping that they were not just being polite. So the main problem was the delivery via the Post Office and not the quality of the order.. Is there anyway that an alternative drop off point for delivery can be agreed?

Thank you Valerie for your comments. I am sorry to hear of the disappointment caused on this occasion. Looking into the order further,the flowers where selected on our 1st class Royal Mail service which is a 1-2 day delivery time frame of which is explained on our website and order confirmation. If there is no answer at the time of delivery and no delivery instructions a calling card will be pushed through the door. The details on the calling card explains the recipient can either collect them from the local sorting office or ring the number on the calling card and the Royal Mail will redeliver the flowers at a more convenient time or to a more convenient location . I had ordered a bouquet for my mum which i think she was a bit disappointed with as a couple of the flowers were past it. The bouquets in the past have been lovely but this one didn't meet the standard she had previously recieved. As she lives over 100 miles away sending flowers by post has always been a good alternative as she loves flowers.

Delivered day too early, I asked for 31st as knew we were out all day 30th, it was then taken to post Office Depot, we went to collect and it was near radiator hence 24 hours extra in a box the flowers were not very clever and we did manage to revive some flowers but not what I had expected, very dissapointed this time

Regarding delivery, I can see your gift was sent using our free Royal Mail First Class Post service where unlike our guaranteed services, delivery takes between 1-2 days. With the First Class service we advise that we despatch 2 days prior to a preferred delivery date to ensure that a special occasion is not missed. I hope that this information helps and apologise for any upset caused.

The flowers were disappointing, they were not as same as the picture I saw they looked very sparse for the price

I ordered flowers for my sister and yesterday I went to visit, she had the flowers only two days but they looked sad and droopy , they were birthday flowers and sent to Mrs A Seldon ,at St. John moore Av. Number 103, Hythe, Kent. ct21 5dg.

Thank you for your feed back Eric. Having looked into your order further I can see that you opted for the free First Class post delivery which takes 1-2 working days to deliver via Royal Mail. We cannot guarantee any specific dates unless the courier is paid for. We do ask a preferred delivery date then we send out 2 working days prior this date if possible, so that a special occasion is not missed.This is explained when choosing your delivery date on the calendar, throughout our website and on your order confirmation. The flowers were nothing like as shown, far smaller than advertised. I could have bought the same bunch from a supermarket for half the price, very disappointing. The only positive feedback I can give is that they arrived on time.

Disappointed have used Bunche's to a few years to send flower or plants to my sister though I have never seen them, this year I asked her what they where like." She said they looked dead or dying when the arrived though did flower in about 4 days but were fading by the week so not worth the money no mater how much I paid"

I got delivered the flowers at the right time which was good but the over all appearance of them were disappointing. Half of them looked half dead, and didn't looks as big and impressive as the website pictures. And for a present for my mum i was disappointed in the product I recieved. Will not be ordering here again.

I have used Bunches for a number of years to send flowers to my relative in Colyton, east Devon, however I was invited to enjoy Christmas with her this year and on arriving I asked of the flowers, on viewing the vase and flowers I must say that I thought them to be very disappointed by the display, the quality and amount of flowers was not as viewed on your web site.
