The recipient sent me a photo of the flowers, and commented that they appeared dry & somewhat withered, which was disappointing.

Flowers arrived on time to be fair But the flowers my daughter got looked nothing like the pitcher and they was limp flowers died two days later

flowers left on the floor in the rain at the back of the property,even though there were clear instructions on front door to deliver next door.

I am normally really pleased with your service but unfortunately the flowers did not arrive today as requested. This was for a 70th wedding anniversary. I have to say I am disappointed. Hopefully they will arrive tomorrow.

The flowers that our daughter in law received were of good quality and they were delivered on the day that we had chosen and paid extra for. But we are very disappointed with not receiving the email promised to give us a 1 hour delivery slot time. We are also disappointed that we did not get a response to the email sent requesting information. Good flowers, not so good service. Will have second thoughts as to ordering from Bunches again.

I was really disappointed with flowers i had delivered to my sister. The flowers themselves were pretty but the size of the bouquet was very disappointing, especially as i had paid extra to go bigger. For what i paid i believe i could have got better value for money from M&S or Waitrose for less.

The chocolates turned out to be only a small bag of chocolate buttons. I expected something more presentable

Flowers received looked nothing like the picture on the website, even if you took into consideration the flowers still being in bud. Won't be using this company again

The bouquet was not as described even accounting for some of the blooms being in bud.

I always shop bunches, but this time the flowers didnt seem very fresh so alittle dissapointed they were for my daughters engagment.

I was very disappointed to see the picture of the flowers that were delivered to my recipient. They looked nothing like the picture of the bouquet I particularly chose on the website. The bouquet was half the size and not the same colour. There was nothing to say what size of bouquet the picture displayed was, so naturally I presumed the one I ordered would look the same, or at least similar size.

I ordered five bouquets and four were delivered a day early resulting in an 86 year old uncle having to get on a bus and collect them from Newport sorting office for his wife. Not impressed

If the recipient is not in at the time a calling card will be left with details of how the recipient can ring the number of the local depot and the flowers will be redelivered at a more convenient time, free of charge. Flowers delivered by courier, paid extra, just left on doorstep in freezing temps for several hours, complained to cutomer services who talked about watering it when brought inside and said they're manager would complain to couriers, finally got a refund after second email and google certified shops got involved.

Was a bit disappointed to see the flowers when I went round my friends.. Not as many flowers as I was expecting. Could have bought bigger bunch in florist for less money. Not good value this time. It was on a very sad occasion too. Will think twice in future

No reflection on the flowers they were and have always been over the years very good. My order was promised to be delivered to my sister-in-law by the 15th Jan ~ When I did not hear from her on her birthday 15th, I contacted my brother who told me they had not arrived. He also said there was no note saying the driver had tried or left them somewhere safe. I also did not have a phone call or email from yourselves saying there was a problem. As I have already said to your office I generally only use this type of service once a year, so not a big customer. They were very apologetic and offered a £10 token for my next delivery. I thanked her but what I was rally after was what went wrong this time?

The flowers that i ordered looked like a large bouquet in the photograph but in reality they were very small and looked like the cheap bunch you would buy in a supermarket for £2 but instead i spent £20. Very disappointing i will not be buying again.
