Flowers were delivered two days after my Daughters birthday. Delivery was free but two days late is not great for a birthday.

Afraid I ordered these flowers last Saturday, 9th Jan, for delivery on 12/01 and I'm still waiting for them to arrive! It's the 15th Jan!

Hi there My order wasn't delivered as it shown on the website the chocolate was missing and that birthday gift meant to be a surprise for my disable cousin and he love chocolate he wasn't very happy so I don't think it's nice ????

Sent my friend flowers after the bereavement of her brother. They arrived wilted, which was embarrassing. I won't be using Bunches again. You may have favourable pricing, but this is clearly reflected in the poor quality of your product. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed that after paying extra for delivery flowers were delivered at 450pm for my sister in laws birthday. If I had opted for them to be delivered by first class Royal Mail they would have arrived with the post in the morning! Bad service Bunches!!!

Thank you for your feedback Katie, I am sorry you have been disappointed. We offer guaranteed delivery on the day of your choice between 8am and 6pm, which is the service you requested. Deliveries with first class post can take place up to 6pm also and within 1-2 days, this service is not necessarily always in the morning. I apologise again for any confusion this may have caused.

The flowers sent to my gran for Christmas were delivered without any care, most of the flower heads were snapped off and the soil from the basket was spilled out over the box. The courier certainly didn't care that fresh flowers were inside the box.

Having received 6 hand tied bouquets all very nice over the course of 6 months I was extremely disappointed that the ones I ordered at Christmas were of poor quality prompting my friend to phone me and say about them, although my money was returned quickly and I do realise that it was a busy time it has put me off using you again.

I was disapointed they took so long to arrive!! (3days) and the courier note was ignored so my get well flowers fell flat as my friend had gone back to work after being ill and then had to go to the postal collection point to collect the flowers. fustrating. such a shame.

Flowers delivered and left on front doorstep in the rain? There were plenty of people in the sheltered housing complex to take flowers in. The flowers had dropped and the helium balloon deflated. Not happy at all and won't be using again.

I went to see my sister after sending her some flowers at £17.99 and was shocked to see what my money had paid for . It looked like a bunch of flowers from tesco costing £5.00 not very impressed at all .

My honest opinion of the flowers was, if I hadn't of ordered them personally I'd of thought that they came from a garage forecourt!!!

So disappointed. I purchased a £30 bouquet (large). Nothing large about this 'bouquet'..the small amount of flowers were pretty and not in bloom, so should last but 4 of the flower heads broken, so reduced the size of the already small bunch even more. To be honest I was embarrassed when they turned up, disappointed for the recipient and really unhappy about the cost paid. I took myself to Tesco and bought a £10 bouquet that was pretty to try to make up for the disappointment. I will not buy again from Bunches nor recommend them. Fresh flowers, pretty, tiny amount and overpriced.

Flowers were beautiful, but they turned up a day early, which is a huge disappointment when they are for a birthday. Dates have to be viewed as a critic success factor for a flower delivery business.
