I sent bouquet to my niece as sympathy bouquet for loss of her mother in law and was dissapointed the bouquet was one of their top bouquet and I didn't feel it represented the photo have always had good flowers from bunches and have always rebooked flowers

I sent those to my Mother for Mother's Day, because I could not go see her. They were ok, but not your usual standard, some have not lasted very long. Yes I will still order from you because normally they are very lovely.

Have use bunches for several years but found them a little disappointing this time, maybe it was the demand of Mother’s Day as Flowers didn’t match the picture shown on website

Flowers were delivered day after requested date and tracking number shows it spent the night at the post office. As such the flowers were slightly sad upon arrival

ordering was easy, my friend sent me a photo of her flowers when delivered ,I was a little underwhelmed, what looked great in the picture did not quite match those delivered., but then when do they ever........... delivered

I was a little disappointed as the tulips I ordered for my daughter were squashed into a letterbox box and when opened, the flowers were in 2 mixed bunches that had to be arranged and in scruffy brown paper. The quality of the flowers was good but the overall surprise was spoiled by the packaging.

Roses were short lived … 2 limp on arrival … freesias we’re longer lasting. Disappointing overall.

The flowers arrived next day. The recipient loves them but she would say that...she's bereaved.....from what I saw they were not as nice as the advert....the lily's were purple and dark whereas they're white/pink in the advert. I've just seen a photo of them now...they are nice but not nearly as nice as in the advert photo and certainly don't look like £45 worth of flowers. The advert ones do!!.....I can supply photos if required...

Bunches came highly recommended by a friend so I ordered flowers on a Friday to be delivered on the following Tuesday for an event but sad to say they didn't arrive until the Wednesday p.m. The sentiment that I wanted to convey on the day was missed. The flowers were well open by that time so a shorter time to enjoy them by the recipient. I was disappointed.

The few flowers I got were lovely, but not worth £32, more like £10 worth, disappointed.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. I ordered flowers for my daughter with clear instructions, however they were not followed and were delivered late. I can’t say I was impressed by the flowers, they haven’t lasted and the bouquet was quite small!

Flowers were late for the date despite being ordered well in advance. Only went to Royal Mail on the selected delivery date. Poor customer service claiming they were selected for delivery the following day. I evidenced they weren’t but got no reply.

Not as good as usual. I appreciate the cost of everything has rocketed but when sent a picture i was embarrassed as they were on a par with a £5 spray from a supermarket. I wasn't expecting a bouquet for the money but feel it didn't include what was listed in their description. I've used Bunches many times and have always been pleased, delivery etc all good as usual. I left 3 star as the core business is flowers.

My mum received the flowers and although they were nice she did say that about 4 of the freesia stems were broken and had to go in a very short vase. She felt it was the fault of the packers.

Lovely arrangement of flowers, beautiful colours. Unfortunately some of the flowers were dead the next day. My daughter was very disappointed as even supermarket flowers last longer, but they are much cheaper
