“I sent the freesia bouquet to my mum for mother's day and requested that it be delivered on the Saturday before. She called me on Friday to ask if I'd sent flowers as the bouquet had arrived that day with a card from someone she didn't know! I hope Heather's mum got the flowers Heather ordered and she was hoe on Saturday to receive them! The flowers were good but I was a bit disappointed that my card hadn't reached my mum.”

“The flowers were nice but didn’t look anything like the picture online. We also paid extra money for Saturday delivery but they came on the Friday so by the time we gave them as a gift they were already starting to wilt. It’s only been a week since we got them and some of the flowers have already died. We were quite disappointed with this and probably won’t shop here again”

“Apparently the flowers were beautiful but they were delivered and no note was posted so they were outside for two days before I rang and asked if they had been received. Then they were discovered in the garden!”

“Flowers arrived on time and in good condition. Flowers did seem to have a lot of 'wood' in them. It looked like someone had picked up a fallen branch and added it to the bunch to pad it out”

“I ordered a large ‘rhubarb and custard’ bouquet. Although I technically received the right amount of flowers, i had an extra of one and one less of another and two stems had been packed in the bunch upside down so had to be ‘saved’ and in the end never did survive past 24 hours and honestly the bouquet itself looked very little like the photo. It was like a sad, drab less colourful version. Honestly - they were fine just extremely underwhelming. I’ll stick to Arena flowers in future who have been 100% consistent in quality, delivery and likeness to photo from original order so far.”

“I couldn't get into basket to remove a duplicated item which was subsequently charged twice to my payment card and sent twice to recipient which was embarassiing and expensive!”

“Quick delivery. Flowers look nice and fresh. Not exactly what I ordered. Should have had 2 small gifts with it but they sent sunflower seeds instead. For that I'm giving 3 stars”

“The process of ordering flowers was very easy and enjoyable to do but the flowers that were delivered were unlike the picture and size ordered…even once the buds opened so that was very disappointing”

“The colours on the flowers where lovely however compared to the picture they were definitely not as full as I would have hoped. The buds themselves had already started to bloom as well. However, once all open the bouquet was lovely. For the price I paid I just wish the quality was better.”

“They were already in flower not buds when they arrived and many of them were crushed as a result of the packaging. They were also delivered a day later when we were out and left in a safe place upside down which obviously wouldn’t have helped! Therefore disappointed with these, having said that, the remains ones that were buds are flowering ok - now 8 days since delivery.”
