“Ordered flowers at short notice for a friend who just became a Great Grandmother. Paid for next day delivery and they were there when she got home from work. Have been ordering of Bunches for the last few years as the flowers seem to last and the ordering to delivery is excellent.”

“These flowers arrived on time, but the petals started falling off of the roses as soon as they were unpacked, the next morning they were all falling off. Not a great birthday gift.”

“Flowers okay. But just be aware if you select the stastandard delivery (which royal fail imply is the next day ) it won’t get delivered until day 2 This is despite two email updates from Royal Fail giving a timed window of delivery for the next Day Whole thing completely ruined the whole point of purchase Would suggest this company only offer one delivery service abd make sure it is guaranteed rather than implying the delviery is next day”

“Flowers lovely although it would be really helpful if you could produce bunches of flowers for letterbox which are cat/pet friendly. I spent hours searching for suitable affordable flowers and in the end had to go with non letterbox. This in turn meant the flowers weren't delivered on the date, my daughter's birthday, as there was no answer at the door so royal mail took away and tried the next day. Letterbox is much easier!”
