“Flowers arrived on time, recipients very pleased, so that's great. They did say the lower half of the box was somewhat squashed [by Royal Mail handlers, presumably] so that was worrying but fortunately the flowers weren't damaged. [it was the stems end, fortunately.] It did put me off a little though, sounds like RM aren't as careful as they should be. Otherwise I'm happy.”
