“Lovely selection of flowers, quick dispatch and delivery, however roses in bunch started to die the next day and rest weren't long to follow. Quite disappointed.”

“I was concerned about the state of the flowers after a week in transit. Tracker showed that they had arrived in the recipient's town more than 24 hours before delivery. My concerns were unfounded however as the recipient is delighted with her flowers.”

“I found this company on line because the company i.normally use must have had Problems with their computer system because I couldn't log on to it. I was glad I had found this site and was pleased by the bouquets they had. I ordered one and paid and it. Was quite easy The recipient of the flowers said the bouquet Was beautiful.”

“I was pleased to be able to have these flowers delivered. The flowers were delivered when expected. However, the person who delivered them left them at a back entrance not used by the recipient. When I hadn’t heard from the lady late evening, I phoned her to check she had received the package. There was no card through the letterbox to advise of delivery”

“Excellent customer service. The address on my order was a slightly wrong address and was returned to Bunches from Royal Mail.. Bunches changed the address to the correct one and my order was delivered within two days. I cannot fault their help.”
