“Recently sent 2 orders one to a friend who has had a not good diagnosis. Another friend back home after a big op. Really pleased with both orders delivered when the tracker said they would be. Also send another to my sister to cheer her up. Bunches is the only company I use for flowers by post. All recipients delighted with their gift. 100 % reliable”

“Paid for a card which never arrived with the flowers so the recipient didn't actually know who they were from. It wasn't until I ended up messaging to ask if the flowers arrived that they knew who sent them. Not over impressed at this basic omission”

“I recently received a campanula plant in a pot as a gift and was very pleased with it. I sent a similar plant to another friend but she was disappointed. She said when the plant was delivered the soil was very dry and she thought the pot was too big for the plant”
