“I recently received a campanula plant in a pot as a gift and was very pleased with it. I sent a similar plant to another friend but she was disappointed. She said when the plant was delivered the soil was very dry and she thought the pot was too big for the plant”

“Always excellent service. Order flowers 3-4 times a year, they arrive on time and look lovely. Pouches of sunflower seeds are included which is cute. Occasionally add a cake/chocolates too the order which are yummy and well received :)”

“I’m pleased with the overall service I got— my surprise flower order was delivered on time, which I really appreciated. However, the birthday card I included was placed among several leaflets. My friend opened a few, assumed the rest were just adverts, and accidentally threw away the card and leaflets. It would be helpful if gift cards were packaged separately or the gift card could be placed somewhere in the package where it’s more noticeable to the recipient. Otherwise, everything went smoothly!”
