Have been using Bunches over the years and up until now have been very happy with the flowers I have chosen to send to family and friends in the UK. Sorry to say the last bunch of flowers I chose I was very disappointed with, thus the reason I gave only one star.

I ordered the bunch of sunflowers because I particularly wanted those for a reason. I was EXTREMELY annoyed that you decided to send a different bouquet without informing me. I was also informed you would deliver on Monday and they were sent on Sunday.

Ordered the standard bunch of flowers and found a discount code for 10% off. To be honest was totally embarrassed by them. I know it was 'standard' but they were so small. I could have got the same from a supermarket for £5. Really disappointed.

I've ordered flowers with 4 days advance just to be sure it will arrive on 4th day. It didn't as Bunches sent the flowers on the 4th day evening! So not the courier's fault. Not nice.

I was disappointed with the flowers that were delivered as a birthday gift to my mother in law. They did not look as they did in the photo. Saying this I have to sat there was no issues with a prompt delivery.

The truth. the flowers looked as though they had been picked up for asda garage. put in a wrapper and delivered. ie they a waste of money. I SHALL NOT RE TURN A VERY DISGRUNTLED CLIENE DENNIS PADGET

Very disappointed!! Leaves fell off the day after delivery and although flowers are still alive the bouquet looks nowhere near as nice as pictured on your website.

Ordered a bouquet for my daughter's 40th Birthday - roses and fresias. After 3 days the roses had wilted and by the 4th day the roses were completely dead. Would not recommend BUNCHES!!!

Very disappointed as fairly sure I ordered a hand tied bouquet to be delivered to my partners place of work!! She received a box instead!! It didn’t have the same impact!! Have used this company for many years! Won’t be using them again!! Mark B Cornwall

Flowers were lovely and great. However I ordered chocolates with the flowers and they turned up as valentines chocolates. I ordered in May. The order had a get well card and I was concerned that the chocolates may be out of date. I contacted them with my concern via website and have had no feedback or acknowledgement what so ever.

My delivery wasn’t delivered as no one was home. I was not advised of this until I called the recipient 3 days later. I then had to contact Bunches to find out what happened to the delivery and I was advised it’s at the Royal Mail depot and I have to rearrange delivery. The event in which I was sending the flowers for good luck came and went and was long passed before they were delivered. No apology from bunches and they refused to refund me! Very poor customer service! I shan’t be using them again. Bloom and Wilde will get my services in future

Really scruffy bunch of small sunflowers with black spots on the leaves. Crumpled, one was already dead, none of them improved following delivery despite following the instructions and all dead in less than a week

Terrible, expensive, flowers only lasted a day. Arrived half dead, put them in fresh water with the sachet provided thinking that with sunlight and a night in the fresh water and food will save them. Didn't help on day three I threw them away. I have bought cheaper flowers from Tesco that lasted for almost two weeks. It was the first and last time I used bunches

I paid for some flowers and they never came! They indicated a shipping date that was not true and we never received them! very disappointed! I was left without flowers and without money! Not serious and very irresponsible company
