Ordered a bouquet for my daughter's 40th Birthday - roses and fresias. After 3 days the roses had wilted and by the 4th day the roses were completely dead. Would not recommend BUNCHES!!!

Very disappointed as fairly sure I ordered a hand tied bouquet to be delivered to my partners place of work!! She received a box instead!! It didn’t have the same impact!! Have used this company for many years! Won’t be using them again!! Mark B Cornwall

Flowers were lovely and great. However I ordered chocolates with the flowers and they turned up as valentines chocolates. I ordered in May. The order had a get well card and I was concerned that the chocolates may be out of date. I contacted them with my concern via website and have had no feedback or acknowledgement what so ever.

Bery sorry to send your flowers that made my daughter upset and described the flowers like bought in a bucket in a petrol station. Unfortunately I will not buy from you again.

My delivery wasn’t delivered as no one was home. I was not advised of this until I called the recipient 3 days later. I then had to contact Bunches to find out what happened to the delivery and I was advised it’s at the Royal Mail depot and I have to rearrange delivery. The event in which I was sending the flowers for good luck came and went and was long passed before they were delivered. No apology from bunches and they refused to refund me! Very poor customer service! I shan’t be using them again. Bloom and Wilde will get my services in future

Really scruffy bunch of small sunflowers with black spots on the leaves. Crumpled, one was already dead, none of them improved following delivery despite following the instructions and all dead in less than a week

Terrible, expensive, flowers only lasted a day. Arrived half dead, put them in fresh water with the sachet provided thinking that with sunlight and a night in the fresh water and food will save them. Didn't help on day three I threw them away. I have bought cheaper flowers from Tesco that lasted for almost two weeks. It was the first and last time I used bunches

I paid for some flowers and they never came! They indicated a shipping date that was not true and we never received them! very disappointed! I was left without flowers and without money! Not serious and very irresponsible company

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear your gift didn't arrive on your preferred delivery date. Our free delivery service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with a 95% chance of gifts arriving on the date selected. We do recommend that an upgraded courier service is selected if a guaranteed date is required. We can see that delivery was attempted within the timeframes, however, the recipient was not home and would need to collect or rearrange delivery with the information left on the calling card. I cannot see that Royal Mail have delivered these flowers. Could you help please? Surely if there is no one home on a Saturday delivery they should leave the flowers in a safe place rather than arrange redelivery or self collect on the Monday thereby leaving flowers unwatered for a further 2 days. Kind;ly investigate and let me know what the situation is. As you know I have not used your service at all and this was intended to be a "thank you" gift for a service which was kindly provided over 2 weeks ago!

I purchased flowers and forgot to write a message I emailed support 3 times exposing and attached a message the flowers were delivered without message so recipient had no idea who they were from it was my mums 80th in uk and I’m stuck in Australia it completely ruined it for me I’d never use bunches again and I’ve used them alit over the years

Very disappointed that I paid for a Sunday delivery for a birthday and Royal Mail failed to in fulfilling delivery even though my friend was home.

The bunch sent was definitely not the same amount as the ones in the marketing picture… we counted them. Definitely won’t use bunches again

Complained about how the flowers ordered, for my sister's birthday, was nothing like the photo on their website. The quality of the flowers were very disappointing, roses dying and loads of foliage and not many flowers. Will not be using them again.
