Very poor bunch of flowers for the money It was embarrassing giving these to my friend Very disappointed

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Expensive for what you receive - not a decent bunch of flowers, better off going to M&S or a local florist and spending slightly more

My mum’s birthday flowers , some were dead on arrival and the rest died two days later so she threw them . Strange as normally very good , especially Sunflowers

Flowers were dead my sister in law said when they arrived. I won’t use this service again very poor flowers extremely disappointed.

I have used Bunches before and been pleased with previous orders. However, my most recent order was extremely disappointing. I ordered gladioli, one of my wife's favourite flowers, for our anniversary. They arrived on time. However, the stems were very short so if they were placed in a vase most buds and flowers were submerged in water. We transferred them to a well-watered oasis. The flowers have faded quickly and many of the buds have not opened. I am unlikely to use Bunches again.

Ordered a bunch of flowers for my daughters 21st, the picture made them look amazing, unicorn bouquet for £36 and I was actually embarrassed to take them into to her office at work. Everyone at work said they were disgusting for the price and had seen better bunches in supermarkets for about £10. Will never use again

These flowers were a birthday gift for my elderly mother. They were of very poor quality and lasted only a few days. I have sent flowers many times before but have never had such a disappointing product.

Totally ruined bunch of flowers were a mess broken stems and battered about will never use again .I left a message on your web site the day they were delivered but heard nothing

The order was with DPD for two and a half days. When they arrived the box was battered and some of the stems broken and some dead flowers. For what I paid I could have bought them in our local supermarket for £10. Customer service never bothered to reply to any of emails that I sent them

Very disappointed with my purchase. The freesias were in poor condition and had absolutely no scent. Definitely not worth £27.

Delivered flowers were nothing like the same as on website. Could have got much nicer flowers in supermarket or local garage. Very disappointed

I live in Peru and every year I sent flowers to my daughter who lives in London. This year the experience was awful! My daughter was working from home all day but she didn’t receive the flowers. I kept following the tracking code through royal mail web page and the last information was “on the way to be delivered”. She never received the flowers and I received a message the day after that she couldn’t be found!

I chose just freesias and gypsophila for my daughter as a special thank for something. They were fully out when they arrived on the Sunday morning and looked beautiful, but by Wednesday they were looking unhappy, by Thursday a quarter of them were dropping badly and the others were starting to go the same way and looking sad. As they were supposed to last for a week this was very disappointing and a complete waste of money.

The flowers came and they were practically dead. The little cake that I ordered on the side was as hard as a rock. I will never order from bunches again.
