After using this company and alway happy I ordered flowers to be delivered to my friend on her Wedding Day, the flowers were delivered the day after her wedding when she was on Honeymoon ,now I’m left thinking they just withered by her doorstep . When I contacted Bunches they just said unless you pay for express delivery they can take longer to deliver, I ordered the flowers on the 30th June to be delivered on the 2nd July 2 days before the date of her Wedding. I will not use the company again.

what a waste of space these flowers were bought as tribute for my husbands birthday as he passed away last july. they never even llasted the week. half never even opened. will not be using them again

Not overly impressed with either the quality of the product or their longevity. They arrived dried out, brittle and in need of CPR. They were attended to for 5 days before they needed to be put out of their misery. I have been using this company for a few years but have never before seen what has been delivered as they have been sent to people I don't see often. When asked they usually reply with a grateful "thank you" but nothing else. It makes me feel that the people I have sent them to before might have also received poor quality goods but were to polite to say.

Quality and size of the £30 monthly annual service is consistently poor, usually made up of over 35% non flowing sticks and leaves. While the sticks and leaves last a while the flowers are usually dead within 5 days. I simply don't have the time to complain and send photos on the recipients behalf. Dreadfully poor service from talentless colour blind florists.

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. They let me down it was not good of them to send the flowers late and spoiled the occasion they was for and as much as I love there flowers I feel I have lost all faith in them

I have always found Bunches good value for money until this last order. I was very disappointed with the size and quality of the bouquet and the packaging. They were for a work colleague and when they arrived I was embarrassed.

Wasn’t best pleased with the flowers I ordered, for £27 I was expecting nicely presented bunch of flowers, the bunch didn’t look full at all.

I have ordered off here a few times now and been very happy. However this time I was shocked the flowers delivered to my mother on her birthday were shocked... very droopy and they were nothing like the pictures, half the flowers were missing and there were like 6 stems, it was rather embarrassing if I'm honest.

I ordered 4 bouquets, worth over £100. 3/4 of the recievers informed me their flowers died before a week of having them. These were surprise thank you flowers for our friend and family for helping at our wedding. Very disappointed at the quality, especially as we spent over £100, and they didn't even last a week.

Birthday flowers delivered one day late - beware small print and free posting on website . Bunch and gifts small scale . Customer service unhelpful . Will NOT be using this company again much better ones out there

Didn’t deliver until 5.50pm in the evening. Even though tracking said by 3pm. Delivery apparently isn’t guaranteed even though your asked to choose a date you want delivery. Only after you’ve paid does it say on confirmation email that it could be a delivery window of 48 hours. Very misleading

Thought they was going to be nice flowers, bought them as a birthday present and they came nearly dead, three days later they was completely dead. Not really impressed, didn’t last long atall, would've been better getting them from the supermarket

Have been using bunches for years never had a problem.This time although I always send to the same adress they dident arrive.When I inquired I was told I had given the wrong adress.They did offer me a 25% off if I orderd them again but it was too late for my aunty´s Birthday.I dont think I will be ussing bunches again.Both me and my aunty are very disapointed.

The flowers arrived on time but were very disappointing . They did not last for even one week - some blooms did not fully open and died after 5 days . I have used Bunches many times and I am now regretting this birthday gift to my wife .

The flowers on the image look so beautiful I was really excited! I saw my friend opening the box and there were berely any flowers, it was such a small bunch of flowers... very disappointed, spent 40 pounds (including a bottle of champagne) but it was not worth it at all.. could have got the exact same flowers from sainsbury for 5 pounds. Very disappointment.
