“The flowers were delivered on time, but I was a little disappointed that the spray was not as shown on the picture. There was much less gypsophelia.”

“Disappointed with the '24' hours delivery! I was reluctant to place an order when I noticed the delivery was via Royal Mail. However the website stated that 95% of orders arrived within 24 hours. So I placed my order Wednesday afternoon. The order was dispatched to Royal Mail immediately, however it wasn't dispatched from Royal Mail until Friday afternoon! Very disappointed given the nature of the order. Bunches, change your service provider.”

“I’m really not wowed by the bouquet of flowers I ordered from Bunches. I didn’t spend a massive amount of money, but to be honest the flowers just looked a bit pathetic, nothing like the lovely picture on the website. I paid extra for gypsophelia and it came separate from the rest, not included in the bouquet. They did arrive on time though, I guess that’s the only good thing I can say.”

“Went to wrong house. Luckily it was delivered the next day. Though not in original packaging. Messaged you to enquire when they hadn’t initially arrived got great service. You then asked the condition and I replied but heard nothing else.”

“For the money I expected more of a bunch than my mum got. For almost £20 I expected a nice arrangement. When my mum showed me the flowers I was disappointed for her. I could have got a better bunch for £15 in Tesco! Not impressed and feel ripped off”

“Lovely flowers but letterbox delivery doesn’t necessarily mean letterbox, they were taken away after attempted delivery one day then left in the front garden the next day. I was concerned about the freshness of the flowers after being in transit for so long”

“Usually a great service, but been disappointed with last 2 orders. Number of flowers less for the money, and now delivery extra charge. Also misleading that greenery are included in number of stems listed, this should just be treated as extra.”

“We’ve been happily using Bunches for years (we are in Australia but our family is in UK). However we were disappointed with the last order for a sick relative. I was told that the recipient needed to arrange the flowers better (instructions could be supplied) because they weren’t a ‘hand-tied’ bunch. And that they would look better once the flowers opened out. We think that for those buying for a ‘get well’ gift this should be made much clearer because the recipient may be incapacitated or in hospital where nurses don’t have time to arrange flowers. The idea of the flowers was to give an instant ‘lift’.”

“I was disappointed with the delivery by royal mail was with them for 2 days. Appreciate that there was a chance it would not be delivered on the exact date but it meant that the flowers were in transit for two days and arrived late afternoon. Arrived very sorry looking but have since picked up. My friend was pleased with them but I wouldn't use bunches again unfortunately simply because of the delivery issue.”
