“I previously rated Bunches highly but the flowers I ordered for my mother in law for Mother's Day were distinctly underwhelming, with a high ratio of greenery to blooms.”

“I have ordered loads of time from bunches and they're normally absolutely spot on. But this time I ordered a bunch for mother's day and the roses were slightly brown and the flowers only last about 4-5 days. I'm sure next time they'll be spot on again.”

“Good quality flowers but a large bunch doesn’t compare to the size of a large bunch with other companies which was a shame. The flowers themselves were beautiful though, just not enough of them.”

“I am sorry to be writing this, but I was very disappointed with my 93 year old mother's flowers. My mum was very disappointed too, as I've always used yourselves and have been mostly happy. I'm very sorry, but I will not be using your company in the future.”

“Appreciate there are overheads and delivery but for £30.00 the amount of flowers was not brilliant and more foliage than flowers. Look more on website than it was. Would have like to have seen a few more blooms for the money I paid.”

“Hit and miss…. Both I and my sister sent flowers for Mother’s Day from Bunches. My flowers are ok but the ones my sister sent started dying 2 days after they opened despite my following the instructions fully. I’d submit a photo to show but there is no option here. Also, the bunches are much smaller than the picture shown although to be fair they do tell you how many stems you get. It seems like the photos on the website are of the largest version of the design rather than the standard version. It would be helpful to have a photo of each size option so you know exactly what you are getting.”

“The flowers from Bunches are usually really nice, unfortunately on this occasion not so good. On the second day of the. Arriving the roses turned brown and the rest of the bunch had started to look a bit sad.”

“Usually I find Bunches to be first class and my Mom has always been delighted with her flower gift. She did however call me after receiving her Mother’s Day gift to say how profoundly disappointed she was and how much below standard the flowers were. If this was my first experience with Bunches I wouldn’t order again. I will try again though based on a previous good history and hope this latest delivery was a one off blip.”

“I have used Bunches for several years and always happy with the serice, from ease of ordering, the qualitoy of the flowers and the Posy points I collect. Although this time the flowers were beautiful as usual, the delivery (if I can call it that) did not live up to expectations. The recipient was not in when the flowers were delivered, so they were left near the gate, where anyone could have taken them. The proof of delivery was just a photo of the house number. I would seriously rethink using Royal Mail Bunches as I will think twice about ordering again.”

“usually love bunches I live in the states and it makes sending flowers to my mum in the UK easy. Having said that, the last few orders have not lived up to past experience, her Mother’s Day flowers where dried out.”
