“I was not quite as happy with the flowers I have used bunches many times most of the flowers were lovely but the roses were supposed to be peach they were cream and not looking as fresh as they could be and some of the foliage was not at its best.”

“Have used Bunches for a while now but on this occasion I was disappointed with the small size of bouquet. It did not arrive with a water reservoir as is normal. Did arrive on time & well packaged”

“Nice flowers, and good delivery service, but be aware that there are different sizing options to choose from. I selected a standard bunch and sadly, once unwrapped and put into a vase, they looked nothing like the advertised picture. I think the company should state what sizing option represents the advertised picture.”

“Was not completely happy with this bouquet as some of the blooms were a bit tired looking on receipt and I had to remove a couple of the outer leaves on the roses straight away. However beautiful colours especially the roses”

“I am usually very pleased with the flowers I have sent from Bunches because up til now they have been very good quality. Sadly the last bunch I had sent to my daughter in law looked sad and droopy and I was rather disappointed.”

“I use to buy from this company a lot and loved their arrangements . Sadly however , I recently ordered what was described as a pure white arrangement ....white carnations, freesia , Alstromeria and gypsophelia . I ordered one for myself and one for a friend ....so quite expensive. What arrived was a less than accurate offering ......the Alstromeria were pink , there was NO gypsophelia ( instead a woody pink replacement. I rang and had a bored reply and an offer of ' replacements' . Sad they no longer seem bothered. ( purchased by K.Webb)”

“Flowers looked beautiful and arrived on day requested. Followed instructions leaflet but no flower food provided. Roses started to wilt within 3 days and within 5 days all flowers were dry. Disappointed that the flowers didn't stay fresher for longer.”

“We ordered a bouquet recently, but were disappointed because we paid for a ‘large’ which stated that it included 17 stems. The bouquet which was delivered did not contain 17 stems of flowers but 17 stems of flowers and foliage which we did not realise, we feel this should be made clear when ordering.”

“Flowers looked OK but absolutely no scent as I was expecting from Freesias, which normally have a beautiful scent, so would have been better off with synthetic flowers, sorry but you did ask!”

“The latest order was delivered on time for Valentines Day. The roses looked wonderful, but only lasted 3 days before they began wilting and dying. Frankly I expected them to last at least a full week, and I am disappointed with their very short lifespan.”

“Lovely flowers - roses ordered for Valentines day. The box the arrived in however was damaged on one side & two corners to the extent that it could not rest on a flat service. Fortunately the flowers weren’t damaged.”
