“I ordered some flowers for a lovely friend who has had a couple of rough years. I specifically wanted them delivered on 06.05.2023 in time for her birthday. Looking at the tracking on 06.05.2023 they were sitting somewhere in Chelmsford and were not delivered on that day. They were finally delivered on 10.05.5023....5 days late and two days after her birthday. To say I was annoyed is an understatement. I understand that it was a Bank Holiday weekend, but if that was the reason for the late delivery it should not have given me the date I chose as an option. The flowers turned up with many brown petals and looking a bit withered... I would too if I had not had water for 5 days. I know that this is not Bunches fault but maybe you nerd to use a more reliable service than Royal Mail.”

“The flowers and seeds were lovely, but unfortunately they arrived about 3 days later than stated. Apart from that the recipient was very pleased with them.”

“I have used bunches before and the people that I had sent flowers to always thanked me profusely. However the last person sent me a photo of the flowers and I must say I was disappointed. I realise the flowers will open out but I didn’t think it was value for money in this case.”

“The flowers were ordered for the 27th April but they weren’t delivered until late afternoon on the 28 th. This isn’t good enough when they are ordered for a birthday.”

“Can we add pictures? The bouquet I ordered looked quite different to the one that arrived. Even though the recipient had kinda just put it in a vase, I could tell that there was gypsophelia etc missing, and it didn't look at all like the pic on the website. Thankfully I ordered the "large", and not the small version!”

“Really disappointed the flowers I ordered for my mums 65th birthday didn’t arrive on the day I requested I appreciate every delivery can’t be guaranteed but there was no reason given as to why they were delayed and I had ordered them days in advance Probably won’t be using them again, which is a shame as the flowers are lovely but if they can’t get them delivered on the day I need them there I’ll try someone else who maybe doesn’t use Royal Mail”

“Not convinced that I received what I ordered, I upgraded to the larrge bunch which states 17 stems and I got what looks like the standard bunch of 12 stems. Not overly impressed shame that there's no option to include a photograph !”

“Not as good as used to be. I ordered a bouquet with pink gypsophyila but it was white & hardly any at all. The flowers were not up to usual standard either. Also I used to be able to order assorted carnations but that has been discontinued now.”

“Whilst it was good - and efficient - to have a photo of my gift on my sister's doorstep, it would have been helpful to have had a message to the effect that the item was on the doorstep because there was no answer. Otherwise I'm sceptical that maybe the deliverer just knocked, put the parcel down and then departed. This often happens as delivery drivers are pressurised into fulfilling an increasing number of deliveries.”
