Received my mums Mother's Day flowers today even tho i put tomorrow's date the flowers are terrible half dead I didn't get the free chocolates with it very disappointed for the price I could of got better flowers in co op

Ordered flowers. Card. Chocolate''s for mothers day to arrive Saturday 25th March. Arrived 3 days early on 23rd March. Today. Mum not in to receive them as away till Saturday ens the order to be delivered Saturday. What's the point of having a delivery date & if amount of deliveries your answer then why have a "delivery" date in the first place. This is not the way to run a business :(

Don't waste your money!!! So I ordered a mothers day pack which was meant to include a lovely bunch of flowers, a Mother's Day fruit cake and a candle. I ordered it on Tuesday 21st of march got delivered on Wednesday 22nd of march, I must say it's the worst bunch of flowers I've ever seen in my entire life, they're like they have been picked out of a field all dead I wouldn't have paid £1 for them never mind £22.99! It gets worse.. my card has missing words it doesn't make sense one bit! I did not receive my candle. If I could I would rate 0 out of 5! Dreadful do not order off here if you want the perfect gift! What a disappointment I will never order from here again.

I orderd a flowers for my wife for our annaversary very poor , could have got far better from Asda for half the price i wont be buying from here again and i dont recomend them

Asked to be delivered it on the 18th as was a birthday present, the gift was delivered instead on the 17th, very disappointed

Although we are aware of this period we really will not know which day your gift would arrive on between the two. We do offer a courier service for an additional £5.95 or £7.95 which is a delivery service guaranteed for the day of your choice. For the amount of money i paid i was so disappointed and embarrassed by the size of the bunch for my mums birthday. They arrived the day before her birthday which wasnt great but at least i had time to get her better bouquet of flowers

The flowers delivered were nothing like the picture on the website. My sister-in-law sent me a photo of what arrived and I was shocked there were so few flowers. I would dispute whether there were actually 18 stems as claimed.

The flowers weren't delivered and our being held at a local depot. I have no intention of trying to retrieve them. No explanation as to why they weren't delivered properly. Awful service!

Good day, Mr. Dan. I would say that the service was good, but it was not. The order I made to be delivered on Friday, March 17, was never delivered either on the correct date or in the right place. Yesterday I sent an email requesting explanations, which was not answered. By conclusion, the service is terrible. Regards, thank you for your attention.

ORDERED 2 LOTS OF FLOWERS/CHOCOLATE FOR OUR TWIN DAUGHTERS ON MONDAY 13.3.17. EMMA'S ARRIVED THURSDAY AND KERRYS ARRIVED FRIDAY. THIS IS NOT 2 DAYS FROM ORDERING. PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY THEY WERE SO LATE.

I wasn't happy with the flowers I sent as a gift & because I couldn't confirm how many stems I was told nothing could be done!!! Cancelled my next order in disgust!!
