Everything was excellent (the website, the ordering, the payment) BUT the flowers were NOT fresh. I would therefore not use Bunches again despite using them for years.

The flowers arrived on time but as for the quality and quantity I have to say I was very disappointed. Sorry Bunches but you don’t offer value for money.

Flowers were rather diminutive....not the 1st time I’ve noticed this. Would’ve been cheaper For me but similar from a supermarket.

I ordered flowers a week in advance but the product didn't come on time. It was two days late for a birthday and by the time they arrived the flowers were wilting a bit from obviously being in a box for too long

I’m a little unhappy about my last order which was delayed due to a IT issue. You got the order to my mum the next day but didn’t provide any compensation ie extra few flowers would have been nice. To be honest I placed two orders at the same time and the other order was fine and delivered on time so it is questionable about the IT issue as surely it would’ve affected both orders??

I was a little disappointed with the size and quality of the bouquet. Very few flowers and more foliage. Quite expensive for what what delivered.

Disappointed with the sparse arrangement which didn't much resemble the picture. Ordered 1st class early on a Friday, didn't arrive until Monday afternoon looking the worse for wear. Won't use again.

Specified a delivery day but flowers arrived 3 days later and had been in a box for all of that time. After about 2 days the flowers quickly deterioted despite following the instructions. No email to let me know when they were dispatched and I had to phone to chase them.

Very disapointed that you took payment twice from my bank 4th and 5th September and stil have not refunded one payment despite your promises to do so.Apart from this the flowers were excellent.

Very disappointed this time I placed 2 orders for my friends birthdays One for 8th September and the other for the 10th September The 10th September order was lovely and delivered just after 9 o’clock on the correct day and was beautiful Unfortunately the other didn’t arrive until the Monday despite my phoning your office The flowers were nice but the disappointment of being nearly a week late for my 88 year old friend unacceptable I’ve used you a lot and have had my friends join your service but will have to think about using you in the future Sorry Moira Johnston

The flowers aren't the same as the description and wasn't overly happy with the fullness of the bouquet. As these were a present for my mum's 50th, I have been disappointed with my order overall. The flowers do look okay but I could of easily bought a similar bunch of flowers for a lot less money from a supermarket.

I am really disappointed with the flowers this time. I ordered them for my daughter’s 40th birthday they was delivered 3rd September they didn’t look much of a display until they came out of bud and Then i felt for what i had paid it was a poor show by the 8th September they had to be put in the bin not what i was expecting

I was sent a picture of the flowers on delivery and they didn’t look as fresh or full as the advert. Delivery was fine although I dad pay for the tracking.

i placed an order for my daughters birthday a week before the date. when placing the order at no time did your webpage indicate that deliveries were not 100% guaranteed on the date. I wrote to your customer services desk who reminded me what your terms and conditions were. The flowers did not arrive on the birthday. I have been a very regular customer for a few years. in the future, I shall definitely bear your T&Cs in mind when I make a decision to which florist I use. I would suggest you have your delivery terms more visible at the time of placing the order, so customers such as me know their flowers will not arrive on the specified date and on the special occasion.

Our free delivery service is usually based on a 1-2 working day delivery with 90% of gifts arriving on the date selected. However we do advise on the calendar the delivery may take an extra day due to the pressure Royal Mail are experiencing at present. Please accept our apologies for any disappointment caused. I ordered flowers on Monday evening (bank holiday). They arrived on Saturday- very disappointing. I enquired on Thursday and was told they would arrive by Friday 6pm.
