“No idea of quality of flowers delivered to my bereaved friend. Disappointed that I didn’t receive message saying they had been successfully delivered. Can not answer following questions because I don’t know”

“Cheap, sad looking bunch of flowers, daughter not too impressed on her birthday. Also, delivery delayed as royal mail would not leave at their top floor flat door despite it being inside a very safe, locked main door block and even though I had given direct instructions for them to be left! They did leave a delivery note saying to collect from the post offoce so flowers didn't get to destination until 2 days later which wouldn't have helped their appearance!”

“Not the best delivery service. Royal Mail tried to deliver, then left a card and kept the parcel for 3 days at the sorting office, no attempt to re-deliver, so when my friend was able to go and collect her birthday present most of the flowers were dead! Really don’t know why they didn’t leave them in a safe place or with a neighbour as it clearly stated ‘perishable goods’ on the box!!”

“This is the second time I have had a poor quality delivery from bunches. I ordered for my mothers 90th birthday. I ordered a similar priced bouquet but it was....pathetic. my mother was upset that some of the flowers were folded on arrival. On contacting the company I was told to wait and see what they looked like in a couple of days. I'll never buy from them again.”

“It was cheaper and required less notice than Interflora but the flowers weren't anywhere near as impressive or long-lasting. On par with supermarket flowers but at higher cost.”

“I ordered flowers for my wife for our 16th Wedding Anniversary. The flowers were a Roses & Lilly combination as my wife adores this combination. Sadly 4 of the Lillys did not flower (open) at all and the longevity of this bunch was very poor and disappointing. The cost with a percentage off was competitive due to the discount, however given what these retail at, I am exceptionally disappointed and would not choose Bunches again, given that I have ordered similar flowers from other providers which have been of a much higher quality.”

“Have used Bunches before with full satisfaction but not this time. The order requested a Saturday delivery and was for first class. The order was also placed to give plenty of time for this. The flowers arrived on Monday and were very poor and widened/ dried up. What’s more they were completely odourless! Very disappointing, like they had spent the weekend at the post office wrapped up.”

“Late arrival of order and when I phoned to enquire about it was greeted by the most unhelpful and obnoxious person. The flowers when they did arrive were average to say the least in both quality and quantity. Never again for me.”

“Unfortunately on this occasion I was very disappointed with the Pink Confetti bouquet. The light pink carnations had been substituted with drab mauve/green carnations which made the whole bunch look dull, I took them out and discarded them.”

“I was disappointed with the flowers that were delivered, they were nothing special and a shockingly small amount compared to the picture shown online. I had to buy extra from the supermarket to make up a better bunch for my friends birthday! Il be sticking to my usual online florists in future.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image.
