I have ordered flowers for my mum a few times and I have always been happy with the photo I receive from my mum but this time I was not so happy as I seen them for myself. For the price, you didn't seem to get many flowers. I counted 8 flowers in total, they didn't look anything like your photos on the website and my mum had to collect them from the local sorting office. I wish now that I took a photo. So I don't think I will be ordering from your company again. Very disappointed customer

I have no idea whether these flowers ever arrived. All the florists I have previously used let you know when the gift of flowers arrives. The person to whom they were sent is very ill, and cannot let me know herself. I will not be using this service again.

Flowers was taken back to postoffice and had to go across town to pick them up the next day - not ok

Sent what I thought was a bouquet of flowers to a friend for her birthday but on speaking to her after she received them it was obvious they were a disappointment they arrived in a box thru the post and the balloon was so small she didn't realise it was supposed to be a balloon. Would never use bunches again. Stick to what I know is good value in future.

Flowers arrived for my birthday a day early so Sat in post office overnight before I could collect them. No water for them so not in good shape when they arrived. Carnations very small. Very disappointed as these were sent as a gift for my 50th birthday

If the Royal Mail First Class Post service is chosen delivery can take 1-2 days, this is highlighted on the calendar when you place your order and throughout your order confirmation. Flowers were disgusting, paid £18.99 for butterfly bliss and received this. However customer service was great and gave a full refund.

Flowers were squashed and withered. Cake was stale and could not be cut with a knife. It was a gift from my autistic son to his. 91 year old grandmother for her birthday. Very disappointing.

The freesias I purchased for my wife either failed to bloom from buds or withered within 2 days despite doing as instructed. Very disappointing.

I ordered flowers 6 days in advance and was advised that they could arrive on the day I requested or the day before Sadly they arrived a day late I did not think the bouquet was value for money, as it was sparse Very disappointed I emailed stating my disappointment but did not receive a reply

Skimpy little bouquet looked nothing like the photo. Quite dissapointed to be honest. Although postage was good.

I ordered a bunch of flowers off bunches expecting it to be a beautiful surprise for my cousin who has just undergone major surgery. The element of surprise wasn't quite there. I did get in touch with Bunches who advise put them in water and they will bloom to look like the on line photo in few days... I imagine flowers will do once placed in water but I was expecting some buds to be closed but not all and would have liked to have seen some form of gorgeous flowers. Very dissapointed I'm afraid and won't use this company again. I have attached a photo of what should of been and what really was delivered.

Was very disapointed when friend received them very few flowers, not matching colours looked like been chucked together and chucked in box. would of had better from local supermarket ???? If they had been the full cost i would want my money back! £5 worth of flowers at most in that bunch

For the first time ever I was disappointed with my flowers. Not value for money. I will however use Bunches again as have done for many years in the hope this was an oversight

Flowers are okay but to be perfectly honest get better value and a higher quality of blooms from a local supermarket. The flowers really need to be kept moist by using a gel pack supermarkets can do it on deliveries so why can't a florist? I was disappointed with the last three orders. For the price they are definitely NOT good value.

I have alreADY WRITTEN comments. The plant was lefdt on the doorstep upsidedown, very dry, and wilted. I paid extra to have it personally delivered, and expected it to be placed upright in good moist condition. My cousin, and myself were not happy! Joan Farmer

Order process fine, delivery day before Anniversary wasn't too much of a problem but the flowers were very disappointing and, as of today (15th) many blooms have only lasted four days, especially the roses and tulips. For over £20 the bouquet wasn't overblessed with flowers. Will not be ordering from Bunches again.
