Ordered online May 6th with free delivery and free chocolates. Flowers delivered pm Tuesday, May 10th but no chocolates with them. Didn't see the flowers but friend said they were beautiful and she was delighted with them.

I have ordered from you on a number occasion, s and been very happy but unfortunately this time I was very disappointed , they were for my daughter in law's. Birthday and looked very sparse in the vase. there were only 8 carnations . it has put me off ordering again .

Very hit and miss. First order were great flowers that impressed recipient and lasted for a good 10 days. Second order for same recipient was disappointing in terms of number of blooms and state thereof - all thrown away after 4 days. Will not risk again and will use a local florist so I can see what I am buying.

Ordered Birthday flowers with mini Birthday cake £16.99. Definitely not good value. The flowers would cost £5 maximum, £2.99 mini cake at local supermarket. Even including p/p -poor value

I bought expensive summer roses. The flowers were huge and stunning in the pic. When my friends received them, I was disappointed. The bouquet was half its size. Some roses were sad. The colours were different...and it cost me 28 pounds!!!

I ordered flowers for a friend and the flowers were lovely, but what spoilt the overall service wasn't Bunches, but their use of DPD to deliver (I paid extra for them to be delivered on a Sunday). DPD didn't deliver the flowers to my friends who were home the entire day - they opted to leave the flowers on the street instead. Luckily I contacted them to see if the flowers had arrived, otherwise the flowers would still be on the street. No calling card was left in their postbox neither. I would have given 5 stars if Bunches used a more reliable delivery service. DPD has a notorious reputation for a reason. I was really angry about this.

Very disappointed with the amount of flowers for the price paid. Could have got atleast three times the amount if I was to buy them from our local supermarkets and delivered them myself.

Spent £29.99 on a bunch of flowers that wasn't very big id have got one just as impressive for £10 in asda, also spent £4.50 on a box of chocolates that I assumed would be about the size of a normal box, it was smaller than my hand, very disappointed, the £4.50 box of chocolates is circled in the picture. In total this came to £40 with guaranteed delivery and that was only because I used most points I previously had

Was very disappointed in the flowers. Picture showed a big colourful bunch of flowers and what I received was half of what the picture showed. For the price I could have gone down to my local tesco express and gotten something better!

The recent bouquet i sent to my daughter did not seem to have as many flowers as seen on the picture, bit disappointed. Have used bunches for many years but lately have been not too happy, will think twice before using again. She also told me that the hamper they had at Christmas had mouldy cheese in it.

Thank you for your comments Mrs Theodosiou, If the Royal Mail First Class Post service is chosen delivery can take 1-2 days, this is highlighted on the calendar when you place your order and throughout your order confirmation. I ordered for my sisters wedding anniversary as I'm out of the country she sent me a picture I replied is that it for 27 93 I got ten carnations two freesia one bit of gyp three butterfly's the carnations weren't that big and the whole thing didn't look like the picture I ordered from needless to say first order will b the last

ordered flowers fro my sisters birthday but she said they were in full bloom on arrival and only lasted 5 days which is disappointing

I was sincerely disappointed with the flowers I order the standard size was shockingly poor. There were less than 5 flowers in the brunch.
