My mother never received her flowers & gifts that i ordered for her for mothers day. Which has upset me and her.

Very disappointed ordered 2 lots for my mother and mother in law for mothers day. They both live in same area yet one was delivered sat and the other on Monday. Complained about it yet they tried to fob me off saying order was made after cut off time. Both made in same order yet one delivered sat the other mon. Don't make sense! Not happy.

Thanks for your feedback Tonia. I'm sorry to hear about your delivery experience and understand your disappointment that one of your gift deliveries did not make it for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, the Royal Mail First Class post option you chose is not a guaranteed delivery service and we advise customers to allow up to 2 days for delivery. Royal Mail would have been sorting a large volume of parcels throughout the Mother's Day period and in this case, it is likely that your flower parcels would have been separated during the sorting process despite both leaving our factory on the same day, when you ordered. This is likely to have resulted in the differences in delivery date for both gifts. If you would like a guaranteed delivery date with any future order, you can choose one of our courier options. I have always ordered from you as most the family I send to are a few hundred miles away from me,by using the pictures you supply I have always thought the flowers they receive would put a smile on their faces.... Sadly not as this time I actually saw the flowers delivered to a friend for her 70th birthday and I was utterly embarrassed by them! The flowers I sent were stunning in the picture yet seeing them in her vase looked like a cheap bunch purchased as a last minute thought from a garage!!! For the price I paid I am utterly devastated and never again will use your service.

lovely flowers. very fast delivery and perfect for mothers day! ^^ That was my previous review but on returning home for a visit, despite all my mothers praise of the flowers, she told me in private that I could have selected better from a garage. They were squashed and many were broken. She and colleagues had to actually go onto the website to see what the flowers SHOULD have looked like since they were all so horrified. Despite reasonable price and quick delivery (although I asked for Saturday delivery and they arrived on the Friday) I feel I would rather browse other websites and wouldn't grudge paying more to actually receive decent flowers.

I would have actually got better flowers at half the price from my local supermarket and the fact they delivered mothers day flowers 2 days before the day is actually poor.

I ordered a planted basket for Mother's Day . When it arrived it was very bashed up in the box. So disappointing for my mother to receive it in that condition

Delivery was efficient. However, we were very disappointed with the size of the bunch of flowers and as for the balloon you pay for it was tiny! Not what we expected at all, embarrassed to give them to my mum on mothers day. Value for money is poor!

just expected the bunch of flowers to be bigger,when I saw them it just looked like a £4 bunch not £18.99!,the butterflies were nice that came with them,the chocolates disappointing too,as your ad dosn"t give much info about them,it just says free chocolates,i expected a box,not a huge box, but a box all the same,instead it was a bag!the outer packaging was pretty,and they arrived on the day expected,I was embarrassed to see the flowers at my mums house yesterday,Sunday15th mothers day,as it looked like I had spent pennies not pounds!all the same she was thankful,I was disheartend,really sorry for giving this review I really would like to give a better one,but it wouldn't be a true account of how I feel,i"m just being honest!

Thank you for prompt delivery. But, all the white carnations were withered. I have used your service on many occasions and this was the first time I have had any issues. Otherwise, the rest of the bouquet was lovely. Many thanks, Y.Quick.

I ordered flowers for Mothers Day and even though they were delivered early, seeing them I was disappointed - they were sparse, not enought to fill a vase, half of the buds had flowers and other half not open. I felt embarrassed I had bought them for my Mum. The pictures on the website are not reflective of the actual bunch delivered - and for £23.99 I would have expected good quality.

Normally I'd rate Bunches.co.uk as Very Good, which is why I used them again. I've used them dozens of times over the years, and recommeded them in the past. Unfortunately the amount of flowers in the Mother's Day package this year was absolutely pitiful. The bunch my mother received would have probably cost £5 - they certainly weren't worth £24! I can't express how disappointed I was with this product. *DISLIKE*

Difficult to review really when the recipient hasn't received them yet! Was told Sat or Mon so I guess they'll receive them today so the review's a little premature.

Ordered flowers for mothers day, however they don't deliver on Sundays which was fine, I clicked for the Saturday meaning my mum would receive them the day before. Once I had paid and placed the order I received an email saying delivery would be one of 2 dates, the Saturday or the Monday. This is now day after Mother's Day and my mum has still not received the flowers. This delivery policy of not being able to confirm delivery date needs to be highlighted clearer before payment.

I ordered two bouquets for my mother and mother in law for Mother's day and am disappointed with both. The flowers for my mam were suppose to come with chocolates, a card and a balloon. The balloon did not arrive with the flowers. My mother in law was did receive all of the items planned to be in with her arrangement however the flowers looked nothing like the picture and in all honesty, I believe I could have picked up a better bunch at the local petrol station.

After ordering my mum's mothers day bouquet I had them delivered special delivery and to be signed for, my mum was actually out shopping the morning of Saturday14th March and the flowers were just left on the doorstep of my mum's flat . It I'd a communial flat block so there are 4 other flats in her block and anyone could have picked the flowers up and taken them. Luckily they did not. I cannot understand paying for special delivery if your going to leave them in someone's doorstop anyway.

Thanks for your feedback Jenta. Wherever possible, Royal Mail try to leave flower deliveries in a safe place. This saves recipients having to make alternative collection or re-delivery arrangements. This is particularly the case when delivering on a Saturday or for an important occasion like Mother's Day. I'm pleased that the flowers arrived safely for your mum. With thanks.

very disappoint with flowers we ordered the large bouquet for mother's day and was very disappointed when they arrived they didn't look like the picture, the picture looked like we good loads but we didn't. Should've gone to the supermarket for the price we paid.
