“I have used you a few times but on this last occasion I was very dissatisfied. I paid fifty pounds really was only worth half the price. Flowers lasted about four days. Hopefully you will find this constructive criticism, l am not the kind to go on social media, I don't mind what the cost is it is about value for money but In this case it wasn't”

“Unfortunately I was very disappointed in the flowers that were sent.My wife tried to put a brave face but she was very disappointed. The roses weren’t a vibrant colour and they looked somewhat “gone over”We have used bunches before and always been happy but not this time.I was going to take some pictures to send but to be honest it was best forgotten! And after three days they were in the dustbin.As my wife said at the time never mind it’s the thought that counts!! An expensive thought!!”

“I have used bunches many times through my work but I recently order a bunch from home fir a special birthday. I spent the same amount I normally would and I have to say when I saw the flowers I was embarrassed. I could’ve got the same in a supermarket for about £5 instead of the 20 something quid I paid!”

“Very disappointed! As recipient was out flowers were delivered 4 days late by then many were beyond life! Recognise things are difficult in present circumstances but on website it had stated they would be delivered next day if this happened. Always been very happy with service previously.”

“My order was thrown over my gate, I understand they are in a box but this was a gift that could have been left on the front door step. I do not appreciate a gift of flowers being thrown over a fence.”

“I'm sorry to say that I wasn't really happy with the length of time I had to enjoy your flowers. I ordered them as a special treat for my partner as part of a celebration for us putting down a deposit on a new house. When they arrived they looked OK the speed of delivery was excellent. Two days later most of the plants were dying. Bearing in mind I have other flowers around the house that have lasted weeks I was understandably shocked at this. The only positive was the postage because the flowers although beautiful for a couple of days were far too expensive to last just a couple of days :( I'm sorry to say I won't be ordering from you again.”

“I ordered 2 lots of flowers for the 13th& 20th May. The first where delivered the next day yellow spray, second arrived on the 22nd, two dead heads and after 5 days only three are still alive. I have been ordering you flowers for over 10 years I live in Spain and have always used your company. One daughter was very dissappointed. Kind regards Christine Spencer.”

“The flowers arrived on the correct day and were of the type and quantity specified. However, as has previously been a problem with this company, despite correct care after arrival the iris had dried and died by day 4 and about a third of the fressias were dead by day 7 and of the remainder some buds never opened. The seven day freshness guaranteed does not appear to work”

“A little disappointed the delivery was nowhere near the time I specified, they were for my mother's 70th Birthday on the Tuesday 19th May, I ordered them the week before, the flowers were late, arriving on the Friday 22nd May. A day would have been acceptable, but given I'd specified the date, I think it was poor. The box was also crushed, and a couple of flowers had to be binned. The flowers though were nice.”

“I am so sad to write a bad review but I ordered flowers through bunches for my Grandmothers birthday, I spent £27 on the cherry blossom bouquet. The photo on the website was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, what was delivered was quite a disappointment. One of the lilies had broken in transportation, and even now the lilies have bloomed it looks absolutely nothing like what I ordered. I emailed bunches the following day and explained that I was quite disappointed, I could have spent £10 in a supermarket for what was sent, and their reply disgruntled me to be honest. They said my Grandma should follow the instructions on how to display the flowers, and offered me £3 refund for the broken lily.”

“I order from bunches for my 2 sisters and mum every year on their birthdays as I mostly live abroad and I can't deliver them myself. Usually the flowers are amazing and true to photo but on this last occasion I was very disappointed. (See photo for comparison) for £27, which is a lot of money for the bunch that arrived to look more like something you pick up at a garage forecourt. I know they arrive in bud to make it last longer but even now (a week later) they don't look AT ALL like what I ordered.”
