flowers were great but the whole thing was spoiled by late delivery. I picked a delivery date and was disappointed to learn that this actually didn't mean that the flowers were delivered in that actual date. Disappointing for my 101 year old granny who stayed in all day to get her flowers on her birthday and they didn't come till the next day. Bunches have pointed out that it all very clear when booking but I'm a savvy shopper and still got caught out. It's probably worth bunches thinking about changing their terminology - my understanding of the words delivery date is that this the date the flowers will be delivered. That not necessarily the case. Anyway, I complained, they said sorta sorry but.. - my granny still had a wasted day and flowers after her birthday - wont use the again. it's shame because I've used them before and the flowers are always great and good value.

Thank you for your comments Lorraine. Having looked into your order further I can see that you opted for the free First Class post delivery which takes 1-2 working days to deliver. We cannot guarantee any specific dates unless the courier is paid for. We do ask a preferred delivery date then we send out 2 working days prior this date if possible, so that a special occasion is not missed. This is explained when choosing your delivery date on the calendar, throughout our website and on your order confirmation. Please accept our apologies for any disappointment caused on this occasion.

Looked like I could of bought them from tescoes for a 8 pounds ,was expecting more like the picture ,but they weren't ,couldn't be bothered complaining as it was our anniversary, and it would of just upset our night, won't be using bunches again.

A good sized bunch of flowers but the delivery timing was appalling. Requested to be delivered on 25th August but were sent days before and were dying by the time they were received. Postman said they had been in the depot since 21st so must have been sent on the 20th at the latest! Not worth the price. Amount spent doesn't reflect the standard of service provided especially as they were all in bloom and then died a couple of days after they arrived. Would have expected a lot more to have been in bud to make them last longer.

Having looked into this further for you it appears a delivery date of the 24th August was chosen, we therefore dispatched the gift with Royal Mail 2 working days prior to this to ensure delivery was made on time for you. I always use Bunches and they have been wonderful however on this occasion, every rose has gone brown and dropped off within 5 days of delivery. My mother is incredibly disappointed as these were birthday flowers.

Flowers not portrayed in the online advert as were received, chocolates small button chocolates one would give to a child. dissapointed

The birthday bouquet arrived a day early so the recipient did not open the door so therefore was not surprised. As for the bouquet it was very sparse. Could not believe that I had paid so much for so few flowers. I feel very disgruntled and will not use Bunches again. HAN.

Unfortunately not good. This was for my mum and dads 40th wedding anniversary. I ordered the large. My mum said they were nice not what I was hoping for. When I saw them I was so disappointed, I could have gone to a supermarket and bought flowers for half the price and bigger. Unfortunately no WOW FACTOR. Sorry will not be using you again. Back to my old faithful Marks and Spencers in the future.

Have used bunches several times and have always been impressed. Most recent purchase was extremely disappointing freesias that arrived looking like a flimsy sparse bunch of flowers that wasn't big enough to put into any sort of bunch.

quite expensive for the amount of flowers and that was a large bunch cheaper in supermarkets with more flowers

I have reported my disappointment with the misleading promotional photo compared to the flowers received. Bunches have been excellent with the speed of their response and we are communicating in this respect. Customer service is not an issue, far from it.

The flowers were ordered to be part of the decorations in a church for a funeral. They did not arrive on the expected delivery date and we had to buy a bunch from elsewhere. Furthermore the flowers were left in the outdoor bin and ended up being unused. Overall I was left feeling very disappointed

The flowers arrived 2 days before the date requested(17th August) and unfortunately my cousin was away for the week-end so they were in their box until Monday

The customer service was efficient however, I have recently companied due tot he quality and quantity of the luxury enhancement hand tie posy. They certainly did not reflect the picture on the website, these were for a special occasion and when I saw them on the day I couldn't believe it. I ordered from here in order to purchased something special. Next time I`ll use my local florist.

Very dissatisfied flowers were for my mums 65th birthday and supposed to be special they were half the size of the pictured flowers on the website I wouldn't have paid more than 7 pound at a petrol station for them definitely not worth 22.99 the free chocolates that were supposed to be a box of chocolates were a small bag was actually quite embarrassing to give the flowers to her but unfortunately too late in the day to get anything else very disappointed

We do send all of our flowers out in tight bud so they do look slightly smaller on arrival, this is to ensure maximum vase life on arrival. Once these have been in water for 24 hours they will open beautifully like our illustration on line. The flowers were a good likeness to the photo on the Internet. Unfortunately they had taken quite a bashing before being delivered. The container was broken and any moisture in the packaging had leaked out, the roses were already turning brown. Fortunately the rest of the flowers didn't suffer the same.

Flowers did not look like as per ordered. Poor quality for the money and as for the free chocolates it was a very small bag with about 4 in it. Won't buy from here again

I have used bunches a couple of times but I won't be using them again the last order I made was for the mystique pink bouquet which I had the large version of and although my wife loved the flowers and they were very nice they were not even the size of the standard size shown on the website, when I sent pictures of the bouquet the response I had was that I had them in the wrong vase and I should wait for them to come out of bud, which is not good enough as far as I'm concerned I believe I could of bought the size bouquet I received from a local supermarket for a quarter of the price I paid on this website.

hello, i have had nice flowers from you before. however, the most recent bunch were pretty dead by weds(yesterday). i thought they would last at least a week. i could have bought lilies from the supermarket for £10 and they would still look good, but i like to support independent retailers. did i just receive a rogue bunch? regards, michael welch

I sent an e-mail explaining that I hoped the flowers could be delivered for Saturday morning if possible for my great nephew's wedding (on the order it said either Saturday or Monday but I thought I'd try boosting you....) I still have absolutely no news whatsoever. I thought I might at least have got some kind of tracking report. I must admit, I'm rather disappointed :-(
