“I was very disappointed when I discovered that a bunch of 'mixed freesias' I had ordered for a special friend turned out to consist of only orange and purple ones. I think Bunches should have indicated on their website that only limited colours were available. Bitterly disappointed.”

“Sadly I was disappointed with the size of the bouquet sent to my mum , I was expecting it to be larger ?? The colours of the flowers were gorgeous especially the pink gypsophillia and they arrived on the day I requested !”

“A bit disappointed as the flowers were not up to the standard we had seen previously. The flowers looked sad on arrival but perked up a bit after putting in water - however they only lasted a few days before wilting. The foliage had lost most flower heads in transit.”

“Have always received very good flowers from Bunches, only was disappointed with the Spring Blossom bouquet, which consisted of rulips & freesias. It was a mothers day gift. The tulips faded very quickly & looked washed out as they were purple in colour. Didn't really have a big impact in colour or volume & on this occasion.”

“Beautiful flowers, but recipient did not receive them on the intended delivery date (Mother's Day). Also found that the flowers were individually submerged in solution, leading to lots of waste packaging. Would appreciate more eco-friendly alternatives.”

“Ordered Mother’s Day flowers but they were not the usual standard from Bunches. Really disappointed by the size and quality of the bouquet. Real shame as always been delighted with Bunches before now.”
