the bouquet i saw in the picture and the bouquette which was delivered has a very slight resemblance....

Some of the flowers were dead,wife wasn't pleased with them so first and last time using bunches .

The plant was a gift to our daughter which we happened by chance to see on the day it arrived, and we were very disappointed. Many of the leaves were brown and the thing looked as if it had not been cared for at all. It certainly did not look like the picture on the order site! This was our first time with 'Bunches' Will we use them again? It remains to see how they deal with this complaint. I look forward to hearing from you.

Delivery came and I was very disappointed with the size of the flowers. I paid for the medium bunch which were £22 but they looked like a £10 bunch from a supermarket! They say free delivery but I can only guess that you do sneakily pay for it in the price as the flowers were definatley not worth the money. I shall be going elsewhere next time

I bought the birthday bunch of flowers for my mothers birthday. Although the flowers looked good quality, fresh and mostly buds. I was disappointed with the quantity of flowers given. There was less than I expected and I was glad I purchased the butterflies to bulk the bunch out. The flowers that arrived looked nothing like the flowers advertised on the bunches site.

whilst the flowers arrived on time . I did not think they were good value for money, and there was no liquid preservative that is normally supplied with flowers,, as a result the flowers that arrived on the7th are now ready to be thrown away, on the 11th,the cake and chocolates were fine yours MR D WLKINSON

The price was good and reasonable but when the flowers arrived they were wilted and not really that good in quality. I was disappointed with the quality. Will not be using again unfortunately.

This is the first bad bunch of flowers I have ever had from you they looked very sparse and unattractive even when opened out also there was no scent .I will use your service again as I have always been happy with your flowers before,even I'm not perfect all the time . I ordered flowers to be delivered on a date when my mum was returning to her home. The flowers were delivered the day before therefore she was not there to receive them. She then had to go to the local post office the following day to collect the flowers which were now no longer s surprise. When I called to check I was advised I couldn't select a specific date unless I paid the special delivery charge - I don't think your website makes this clear otherwise I wouldn't have confirmed the order. I am keen to use smaller family run business's but in hindsight I should have used one of the larger well known businesses to ensure the flowers were delivered on th day required. Unfortunately I will not use your services again for this reason.

If the Royal Mail First Class Post service is chosen delivery can take 1-2 days, this is highlighted on the calendar when you place your order and throughout your order confirmation. I have used bunches on several occassions, but I have to say I was very dissappointed with the flowers I rodered for mothers day. They were a lot smaller that I anticpated and my mum said they only lasted three days which was very dissappointing!

The bouquet I ordered for my wife's birthday was very disappointing --- it was missing the colours and quantity shown in the picture---- ie. no pale carnations and only 1 stem of gyp. It also arrived with bruised lily petals and several carnation buds broken, so had not been handled with care in transit. It was very over priced for what it was, even considering that Some of the flowers were in bud, and the price included chocolates. Postage was way too expensive--- I could have bought better and cheaper from the shops. Regards, Peter.

I have used your services over the last 30 years, having been introduced to you at a Sub postmasters meeting back in the 1980's, and since retiring from the Post Office I have continued to use yourselves. I have always been very satisfied with the service and condition of the flowers until this order. After only 3 days the flowers started to wilt, especially the iris's. My wife carried the instructions as given correctly and was very disappointed as it is not yet 1 week since our anniverasry they have got to be disguarded. I would welcome your comments.

Asked for delivery on 4 April they arrived two days early not on the 70th birthday as I had hoped. Disappointed as previously had problems which were resolved satisfactorily but am doubtful that I will use the service again. It is a shame because the flowers were nice and the staff helpful. However, rather ruined my surprise for the lady who was 70 two days later!

I purchased what I thought would be a substantial bunch of flowers for a golden wedding. They were £25 with a discount code. I was very upset when I saw the flowers as they looked like a bunch you might buy at a petrol station or supermarket. Certainly not £25 worth! Very disappointing .

Quite dissapointed actually!!! The bouquet was not very big( considering the price) and also very basic flowers. Did not get a message as agreed confirming the delivery an hour beforehand .
