Disappointed that they didn't arrive in time for my parents 50th wedding anniversary on a Saturday but did arrive on the Monday. Looked okay but would have been better arriving on time

No me gusto la presentación de las flores un ramo de tallos muy largo, no había ningún arreglo que lo haga bello a la vista, es como si hubiera comprado flores en el mercado

Dear bunches i ordered flowers for my sisters 60th birthday,she didnt get them on her birthday with i was diissapointed with,i know its say they try to get them for the date you reqiure.my sister said they were out of bud and werent brilliant but thanked me.J Clarkson

Our free delivery service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with 90% of gifts arriving on the date selected. We do recommend that an upgraded courier service is selected if a guaranteed date is required. I regularly use bunches and have always been very pleased. However, I sent flowers to my elderly mother. What I didn't realise is that if you order the flowers to be delivered on a Monday, they will leave bunches depot on Saturday. Therefore the flowers are lying in a depot for over 2 days before being delivered. The flowers were finally delivered on a Tuesday. (4 days later) Fortunately, my mum said the flowers were lovely. When I spoke to bunches they said they or royal mail don't work Sunday therefore flowers will be disached from them on a Saturday. I appreciate that companies don't work Sunday but please make this clear on your Web site. Stating delivery will take 1-2 days does not indicate fresh flowers sitting in a royal mail warehouse for 3-4 days as was my case.

We do explain in our delivery terms that our free delivery service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery and gifts are delivered via Royal Mail unless a courier service has been selected. They were very beautiful but not all of them bloomed and they died within 3 days. Quite sad they looked beautiful on the photo

I decided to order from bunches due to the good reviews i read on them but To be honest Im really disappointed, firstly for the price i paid I don’t think the quality is there secondly i know flowers don’t last forever but you would hope that they would not be falling apart when you receive them, these are a present for my mums birthday just hoping they don’t disappoint. Im giving 3 stars mainly for the fast delivery but i think il stick to local shops from now.

The friends and family have told me they are pleased with the flowers they have received. As I haven’t seen them for myself I can’t honestly comment, if I received flowers of poor quality I wouldn’t want to upset the sender who made an effort.

I ordered 2 bunches. The more expensive of the 2 looked nothing like the picture and I was disappointed as it was a gift and was very lacking but the 2nd bunch were okay.

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. I'm afraid I can't give any comments on the quality of the flowers. I had ordered them as a suprise for my cousin who had just come home from hospital,unfortunately although they probably were delivered she never got to open the box. This could have been a mistake by her carer. SOrly.

I ordered a Picasso arrangement to be delivered to my mum for her birthday. The flowers were very nice and lasted well, but two steps were broken, unfortunately.

Never arrived on time and flowers don't look like the ones in the photos you order from.

I am told the gift was fine. However, I paid extra (£5.99) for it to be delivered on October 5th and it was delivered on 4th. Not good.
