They didn't arrive on the day I was expecting them too and the bunch wasn't very full for the price

The flowers and wine arrived but unfortunately the truffles which were an added extra did not.

I am not pleased with my last product. I ordered it for my wife’s birthday and It was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd but it got delivered on the 5th which is 3 days later. Flowers were bent, broken and flat, looked lifeless. Very disappointed.

I ordered the 12 bunch carnations as an extra small gift for my daughters birthday, I knew there were only 12 stems but they were still very small and a little disappointing for £16

Generally happy the last Oder that was sent to my daughter in Hemel Hemel Hemspstead last week were beautiful but the order that was sent to my 94 year old Auntie in Colchester in June she received 4 broken carnations so not happy at all the flowers seemed to have been damaged by the gift inside.

Flowers were lovely according to my friends and arrived on time however they forgot to include the card that I'd paid extra for so they had no idea who they were from and had to ring the company up. Not too impressed and unlikely to use again to be honest which is a shame

The colours of the roses and freesias were stunning, as was the autumnal oak leaves, though the red paint did come off on hands. Sadly the roses drooped within 3-4 days even though the stems had been cut and feed given. The sustainable packaging is commendable as is the generosity of bunches towards charities.

Exce;;ent service but disappointed to find that my Posy Points, that I had been saving, suddenly expired. Bunches tols me that they are cancelled after 2 years SHAME... Elso you'd get 5 stars.

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. Sorry to say but my last order was below expectation after years of good value my last order was very poor, flowers very drab & droopy ,will have to rethink next time.

I originally ordered to be delivered on Sunday 27 sept. But paid extra then realised it wasn’t till Monday 28 to so I emailed you to tell you to deliver on the 28th and make up the extra £5.99 in flowers. You answered me straight away that you would do this but then delivered them on Sunday 27th anyway so not perfect service I’m afraid.

Disappointed with the last delivery, it ended up 12 miles away in a different village and completely missed the Birthday surprise. Bunches are usually so good and I'm a regular customer.

Some of the stems looked a bit weary on arrival but revived somewhat after a few hours in water. Not up to the previous standard.

I made three orders, two arrived very well on the scheduled date. But the last one arrived five days later dead. Even after I complained and asked for a refund. Natural flowers can't stay long inside a box. I didn't think it was honest. Out this insidente. I approve.

I was disappointed that my flower order wasn't delivered until Monday 28th September even though I ordered on the 23rd September to be delivered on the 24th/25th. It was supposed to be a surprise for my daughter and her boyfriend as they moved in to their new 1st home during that week. The flowers eventually turned up (by Royal Mail, we believe) on the Monday. Very disappointing and sad.

Beautiful bouquet and prompt. But I ordered thinking it was a florist near to where the recipient lived, then found it was by post therefore extra cost.
