We’ve been happily using Bunches for years (we are in Australia but our family is in UK). However we were disappointed with the last order for a sick relative. I was told that the recipient needed to arrange the flowers better (instructions could be supplied) because they weren’t a ‘hand-tied’ bunch. And that they would look better once the flowers opened out. We think that for those buying for a ‘get well’ gift this should be made much clearer because the recipient may be incapacitated or in hospital where nurses don’t have time to arrange flowers. The idea of the flowers was to give an instant ‘lift’.

I was disappointed with the delivery by royal mail was with them for 2 days. Appreciate that there was a chance it would not be delivered on the exact date but it meant that the flowers were in transit for two days and arrived late afternoon. Arrived very sorry looking but have since picked up. My friend was pleased with them but I wouldn't use bunches again unfortunately simply because of the delivery issue.

Order placed 25th July for delivery of letter-box flowers on 31st July - birthday gift. Bunches sent emails confirming order and delivery to Courier on 30th July. Royal Mail received parcel mid-afternoon, but their tracking service was unavailable until 2nd August, the day that the parcel was delivered, having been sent to the wrong sorting hub on 1st August and then forwarded to the correct one. The flowers looked limp and tired when the box was opened The recipient and I both hope they will improve and come into bloom.

I have been using Bunches for about 10 years and the quality has been 2nd to none. Unfortunately my recent purchase has not been the same. I order some stunning Orchards for my mum and when they arrived a day later than planned the box was extremely bashed up and the flowers were also squashed. Most of them improved over time in water but not all. Obviously this is the carriers fault and not Bunches themselves but its the first time I have been disappointed.

Initially flowers were lovely but sadly within 4 days some began to drop. Now had them a week and had to throw half away. Disappointed as they were not cheap and supermarket last longer.

I found the ordering very confusing with regard to selecting a card to go with the flowers and then to check out, it just doesn't flow through

I ordered a large bunch, but when my friend sent me a photo, I don't believe there was amount of stems there should have been. As they were to cheer her up, I couldn't ask her to count them. Disappointed as have used Bunches many times, with no complaints.

Flowers were very nice but rather a small bouquet even after going fir the medium and paying for extra flowers. The roses never opened ☹️

I have used Bunches a few times- the order process is always easy to do. However, I chose my day for delivery and these turned up a day earlier than requested and were missing items, that I then had to chase up. Information from the team was conflicting regarding the delivery of the additional items to the tracking information being sent so this caused some confusion as to cancel or reorder for delivery. Eventually, all items were received however this was not the best service this time around.
