“Long delivery time, initial lack of communication. My friend was confined to her house with fractured hip and wrist. Flowers were just left outside. She did not know they were even there. I had wanted it to be a surprise.”

“I ordered to be despatched before a date which was a Sunday and they were delivered on that day. However I wish I had put the date before (Saturday) as they would have delivered on my niece birthday .”

“The flowers were due to be delivered by courier on Saturday 28th October, but could not wait for the recipient to reach the door left a message to say that they would be delivered on Monday morning as there was no delivery on Sunday. They did arrive on Monday, but not as fresh as had been hoped. Certainly it was not worth the extra money for the courier service.”

“My elderly mother said the flowers were lovely. The only thing I would say is there wasnt as many flowers as the AD said and it was missing the butterfly. I must thank Royal Mail for delivering on the day I asked for.”

“Flowers were delivered promptly and were pretty, however this was a pot tted begonia and was fallen over so soil had displaced out of the pot so it was a bit of a mess on arrival. Needs to be better packed and must be kept upright by couriers at all stages.”

“Unfortunately I am scoring a 3 due to my wife not receiving her flowers on her anniversary. As the order was received late, the flowers had been in a box longer than they should have been. It seems the issue was with the courier, however it did impact my satisfaction of the order and service”

“Normally I buy my flowers from bunches and have never had a problem but this time chose a gift box for my friends birthday which didn't arrive in time. No problem with the gift but the post office can't be trusted to deliver on time.”

“I've bought Bunches bouquets before and the recipients really loved them. This time I ordered one for my daughter who lives with me and has been having a rough time recently so I wanted to cheer her up. I actually also paid extra for letterbox delivery. However I am very disappointed with the bouquet as there is no way I have been able to get it to look anything like the illustration on the Bunches website, which is lovely. Regretfully, I won't be buying from Bunches again. I don't feel that I have received value for money at all and cannot recommend Bunches either. Flowers from any supermarket are cheaper and have proved to be just as good, if not better.”

“The flowers were pretty but the bunch was really small and not as I expected. The flowers didn’t really arrive in bud as the website states and I didn’t receive any tracking information so was worried they wouldn’t arrive for the recipients birthday.”

“I was rather disappointed with the flowers I sent to my sister for her birthday. I normally use Marks and Spencer but thought I would try Bunches. There is no comparison between the two retailers for the same price, Marks & Spencer wins hands down.”

“Delivery was not made on the Friday as “there was no reply” so they were delivered on the Monday but just left on the doorstep. How can flowers 4 days old be acceptable”
