Flowers weren't great they didn't open up as much as expected and they just looked rubbish I won't be using these again.

Bouquet bought was suppose to be large, but was disappointed with flower sent.(seemed smaller bunch sent) .Not worth £24.99. Have used Bunches in the past,but won't use or recommend again.

Flowers beautiful and arrived in bud but recipient couldn't see a message and had to guess they were from me

I wasn't happy with the item overall.When they were delivered they were all in separate tubs I had to put the bouquet together myself which I wasn't expecting.I am quite angry actually.

The postman left a card on the Friday to say they weren’t able to deliver a package and could she collect from the post office. She collected it on Monday morning. There was no mention that it was flowers.

I entered the wrong address into the form (I am paranoid about entering the wrong address and remember double checking I entered the right one before clicking yes so I don't understand what has happened). I understand that this is my fault, however, when the person at the wrong address had said that the recipient didn't live at the address, I would have liked for Bunches to contact me so I could remedy this problem and the flowers could have been with my friend at the time she needed them and I wouldn't have wasted £20. I had no email or recognition that the flowers had been dispatched, let alone a delivery had been attempted. I will not be using this service again which is a shame because my Mum suggested your company to me and she has been a long time customer of yours.

Whilst the flowers were delivered on time and nicely presented, there was just no vase that was suitable the stem was so short that in a small vase the stems fell over and in a long vase all the flowers were submerged in water

What has happened to bunches! I have purchased flowers from you many times before and been very happy however I recently sent the same flowers to my mother and mother in law. No chocolate and a very small specimen of flowers which did not last a week. Very disappointed and will be shopping around in future.

Sent flowers to daughter at uni, was not in when delivery attempted and for various reasons daughter unable to go and collect them so never saw what the flowers were!

Flowers were dissappointing. A mix of bud and fully open and photos not truly representative of product once all stems were fully opened.

I had some orchids sent to me for my birthday they looked great so I sent some to my Grandaughter who just had a baby but after a. Few days the buds kept dropping & the petals just shrivelled up I was very disappointed my Grandaughter are still looking very good

The ‘vintage begonia’ received was straggly with only a few flowers, it did not look like the one advertised on the website. The pot was as described and delivery was prompt.

Of the four orders which were for delivery in January all four recipients Stated that the quality and amount of flowers received did not compare to what they had previously received from you.

Nothing went wrong (except my I pad) in fact the flowers were fantastic and have lasted well. I wanted to put in full stars but the stars disappeared when I went to do it. My friend e mailed a photo of them and they look as fresh as when they were delivered.

My flowers came this morning which was a wonderful surprise. But when I open the box some of the flowers were looking a bit worse for wear and the Roses were a bit scraggy. Also some of the greenery in the box was starting to go a bit Brown because the water in the bottom and totally dried out of the tissue.
