It was a wonderful surprise to receive the box of flowers. Unfortunately when I opened them some of the flowers were a little bit worse for wear and some of the grass is in it with very brown and dried and all the Roses were starting to Fray a bit.

Website was not customer friendly resulting in not being able to check a multiple order before completion. Outcome resulted in messages being attached to the wrong order. I have not had this difficulty in the past. However, a telephone call to Adam in customer services was very helpful in sorting out this confusion.

I ordered the flowers on a Thursday (at 5:00 pm) and specifically requested that they were for delivery on the Saturday as I knew that the recipients would be home that day. I received a message from the recipients on the Saturday thanking me for the flowers but said when they came home on the Friday evening they found the flowers in a box which had been lobbed over their security gate and were in a sorry and limp state on the grass. Fortunately by the Saturday morning they had revived but the manner and way in which they had been delivered detracted from the enjoyment and impact of the gift.

Didnt last long and some flowers were dead. My daughter was upset as it was for her bday.

The tulips I ordered for my daughter were all dead in 5 days despite good care. They were not in the greatest condition when they arrived.

I've used bunches for several years and have always been delighted with them. I usually go for the upgraded bouquet. Sadly this time, I was very disappointed with the picture my friend sent me of the flowers. In view of the fact that I'd paid for the upgraded bunch, It was extremely sparse.

My friends sent me a plant in a tea cup and saucer to cheer me up following an accident,the plant was very dry and a few of the buds were brown It looked in a sorry state,I watered the plant it responded a little but overall it looks like I have had it for some time and not cared for it,very disappointing and feel sorry for my friend paying for this.I would like to think you could do something to make this better.

We requested Saturday delivery. They turned up on the Tuesday. Very disappointing! Especially as an anniversary gift.

I sent the flowers to my aged aunt, who is in a home. I have no way of telling whether these flowers were received or not. My aunt is in no way of letting me know whether she received them or not. Can you arrange for some way to let me know whether they were received?

Ordered 3 separate flower orders on 29th December to be delivered on 4th January 2018. Two of the orders were delivered on time but the 3rd order wasn’t received despite a confirmation email sent to me with an order number . On the 6th I found out that this order had not been delivered causing huge embarrassment to me . I phoned bunches and was told that they do not deliver to Dublin and although I had a confirmation of order I should be grateful that the payment hadn’t been processed. The manager was to call me on 8th January , this did not happen . I called back on the 10th and eventually spoke to a team leader who informed me that an email had been sent to me saying this order could not be delivered .....this email NEVER arrived. I was told that a £ 10 credit would be added to my account for my trouble , this also NEVER happened . It’s such a shame as I have used this company a lot in the past but don’t like how they treat regular customers . Come on Bunches ...get your act together !

Ordered a bunch of 3 Amaryllis stems for a friend as a Christmas present. 2 buds were OK and came out, the third in her words "was bruised" and failed to come out at all. Very disappointing as flowers are usually of a very high standard. I also ordered a plant arrangement which failed to turn up (thought to have been lost in the post), but in fairness a very nice plant arrived the next day by Courier after I had notified you. It was just disappointing as I have been sending plant arrangements to this person as she is bedridden, for Christmas for some years and they have always been excellent. The other 3 bunches I ordered were all fine and have lasted very well.

My friend told me buds in box were loose, a bit battered, no moisture packing round stems, most companies do that, The previous flowers I sent her were better quality.

The flowers were very nice and appreciated by the recipient but I was very disappointed with the delivery service which went via DPD, who instead of contacting the recipient kept emailing me with a delivery time slot. Also it seems that the last digit had been missed from my friends phone number, even though it was in the order details. I eventually sent my friend an sms with the time slot as I did not have any faith in the procedure at the other end. Having to do that removed all anonymity from the gift and all manner of surprise and I am very disappointed about this. I already emailed Bunches who were apologetic and I asked what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen again ...

The flowers i ordered were not the usual high quality i normally get. They didn't seem very fresh , after a few days they seem withered. They have not lasted over a week.....very disapointed this time.

I ordered flower's for my mother in law's birthday. Unfortunately, she rang to tell me that the flower's had arrived in a dreadful state. Stems were broken and some of the petals had already turned brown! I am extremely disappointed....I have sent an email to Customer Services but have heard nothing todate.

I ordered a bouquet costing £26.99 for each of my two sisters as Christmas gifts and one was very poor. There was no water with the flowers at all and some of the flowers were dead. I asked for a refund and was offered an upgraded bouquet as way of an apology. The second bouquet arrived at my sister's house in even worse condition the first. The 12 red roses they sent were awful, old and brown, my sister felt insulted that such poor flowers had been deliverd to her! Also the second bouquet was £2 cheaper than the original so no way was an upgraded one, which I find so disappointing. I asked again for a refund and was told the original amount would be refunded within 3-5 days.

I had asked after I placed an order to change the message on it as I had it incorrect. I got email back confirming that. The recipient in England, received 2 of the same plant on different days. I hope I don't get billed twice for that. I haven't received my bill yet so cannot check it. One other one that went to Scotland, the post office left message saying they had put it in a coloured garbage bin, which is okay. Unfortunately the colour was wrong and it was put in the neighbours bins. they went looking and found the plant. I have used Bunches for sometime as I live in Canada and found it convenient before. The other 2 orders were received correctly.

Something spontaneous came up, ordered flowers on 2nd at 2pm/3pm, paid extra to be delivered on the 3rd to Swindon. So on the 3rd no delivery, i rang them they could not fix it but were quick enough to return guaranteed next day delivery extra charge which i didn't care about money i need it to be delivered on the 3rd (special occasion), so after the conversation they couldn't do anything so i asked for a delivery refund and they guranteed to be delivered then on 4th because at the flowers were back in stock... once refund got proceed on their system, they delayed the delivery until the 5th :/ was not happy, easy to talk over the phone and were friendly but service very poor so rated 2 stars only!
