Delivery was attempted on Wednesday but my friend wasn't in, they left a note saying they would be re-delivered on Monday, by the time my friend received them they were not a pretty sight!! I would have thought they would be left with a neighbour or re-delivery attempted sooner. Such a waste of money.

Order was a day late (was my mother's birthday). They were delivered the next day, which was also much later than the text I received from the delivery driver. Very disappointed

Arrived a day before I asked and I was embarrassed when I seen how small the bunch was for the price I paid. I have used other complaines that had much better quality for the same price. The order journey is really quick and easy but I think photos need to be more realistic to save dissapointment.

I have never had a problem with bunches before but I ordered flowers on 28th Feb to be delivered to a friend of n 7th march for her 60th birthday and they did not arrive until 9th.

I ordered a plant for my Mum on mothers day for the simple reason I thought this would last longer. However although the container was lovely the actual rose plant was of poor quality with few flowers in bloom and leaves were also lank. The plant was also extremely small and certainly not worth the money paid . Mum is terminally ill and hoped to brighten her day but sadly the rose concerned wouldn't have done this

Delivery came on time. Flowers aren’t the same as appeared on photo. Also didn’t write my message on the card.

A long Box containing two bunches of very dry and wilted flowers, with no water or moist holdings - was left on my Mothers doorstep. I have no idea how long they were there, but I know that no-one rang the doorbell or knocked on the door, as both my Mother and Father were at home. It was only when I rang them to find out if she liked her flowers that she went outside to see what had happened to them – and found the box on the doorstep. I am very embarrassed and disappointed with the lack of quality regarding the wilted flowers and poor delivery.

The flowers I received for Mother’s Day are the most pathetic bouquet I have received ever. They are in the stage that I usually throw away as looked like past the display date. Its a shame my sons paid for them to make my day but they annoyed me as I feel they have been ripped off. And I cant tell my sons as I dont want them to feel bad. Please if you’re into this business, show that you care and only send the quality that you yourself would like to receive.

I’m not happy is an understatement, ordered beautiful flowers for my mum for mother’s day on Monday with a selected date of Friday or Saturday for delivery they haven’t turned up and now I have no flowers to give my mum for mother’s day! Not happy at all

When my flowers weren't able to be delivered on the day I'd specified due to bad weather, they rescheduled it for 4days later!! What happened to the next day? There was no reason why it was so late, and I wasn't refunded the extra I'd paid for my specified delivery day.

I received a bunch of flowers today from my daughter, I don’t have the heart to say they arrived half dead maybe it’s because freesias don’t last long but the heads had come off too, disappointed especially when she could of picked up a bunch from a supermarket cheaper. Last years was the same but I put it down to busy times and not getting the box until a couple of hours after they had been delivered as they had been left with a neighbour as I was out.

I am bitterly disappointed. My 90 year old Mother will not be getting her Mothers Day flowers. I ordered them for 4th March, as she will be out on the actual day. There was no delivery. Customer Services was apologetic and promised a full refund but were unable to explain what had happened. I would have appreciated an email explanation after my complaint. With such uncertainty and lack of communication I won't use the company again, which is a great shame, I've used them for many years. Carol

Ordered birthday flowers to be sent to my daughter in law hundreds of miles away. Arrived promptly so I was happy with that aspect, but when she sent me a photo of them, I was very disappointed at the number of blooms in her vase. I allowed for the fact that they were mostly just buds, so delayed contacting you until she sent me a photo of them after they opened. They bore no resemblance to the full vase in your advert, so I was most surprised and shocked as a Senior to find that I had wasted my money on such a paltry bunch of flowers. I realise one has to factor in the cost and wrappings and delivery but have in the past used the same method of celebrating distant friend’s occasions using various on line companies with no such disappointments.

Hi I'm sorry to have to complain. The flowers and cake arrived on the right day but they were literally frozen solid. I understand the snow was bad that day but my daughter was very disappointed with her birthday flowers. Maureen Rockett

To receive the flowers was the loveliest! however they arrived battered and certainly not fresh which is most disappointing knowing the price and that they had been ordered only the day before.. nothing like the picture on the website!
