Winter Tulips & Freesias XL: £32.99 I choose these as part of my white theme and to celebrate my Mum who loved Freesias. Unfortunately, the Freesias that were meant to be part of a white bunch turned out purple which spoilt the overall effect

The flowers I ordered for a friend looked much smaller than I expected and not the good quality that I had expected.

Ordered an azalea in gold pot as a Christmas present. On receipt, many of the buds were brownish in colour and seemed dry. Over a week on and very few flowers have come out. Still hoping! I have used Bunches many times for fresh flowers and have never been disappointed.

Difficult to say for sure because I am abroad and the recipient is in a Nursing Home and has moderate dementia. However my brother sent me a photo of the flowers, albeit some days after delivery and they did not look up to my expectation.

I have bought many bouquets over a number of years, but on this occasion the bouquets were a great disappointment in that they looked much smaller and emptier than advertised, which was an embarrassment to me when I saw them at the recipient s homes

I was informed by the recipient that the flowers were very disappointing and not to send anymore, as this was a Xmas gift I was upset about this.

Situation: run up to Christmas, very ill elderly relative, house occupied nearly all the time. PO Did not deliver the flowers, just left a calling card which was missed in the Christmas post and junk mail. Flowers die at the depot. A good tip would be never to send a surprise cheer-you-up bouquet (I mean, why else would someone send flowers??). Someone needs to be checking at the receiving end.

Poor quality of flowers and not a reasonable ammount of flowers for the amount paid flowers had no scent

A Christmas Azalia plant sent to some very good friends arrived in such poor condition that she rang us to say that she hoped that we had not sent similar plants to others as they were covered in white fly and in dreadful condition. I believe that she did contact you direct, and we did in fact send this product to 5 people. Although we have used bunches for many years without problems our confidence has taken quite a knock and we will be looking at other company's offers in the future.1

Not up to the usual standard I receive from bunches. They were dry and didn't last more than a couple of days. Very unusual for bunches, as their flowers are normally excellent.

The flowers I and 2 other relatives received were surrounded by a wire and 'snow' effect frame. The 'snow' came off quite a lot and had to be wiped up several times. The flowers didn't seem to be as good quality as last year.

Order no 8095210 was to be delivered on Dec 23 Rd In fact was NOT delivered until after Christmas until Dec 27 th,very disappointing as it was for a bereavement. Normally I have been very satisfied so don't know what went wrong

Disappointed flowers arrived on time, but the vase was completely dry and without flower food. Hence the flowers lasted just 4 days. Not your usual high standard. These were to mark my sisters passing.

Flowers delivered were poor quality, paint coming off leaves and flowers looked very tired. This was a gift for Xmas. Good customer service as replacement flowers were despatched next day.

I was very disappointed to see the latest order that I had had sent to my step mother for Christmas as I was not able to be with her before or over Christmas... I normally send her a Spring arrangement in February with which she is normally very happy, but we were both somewhat dismayed to see the Christmas arrangement of alstromeria and carnations had hardly survived a few days... most unusual for flowers ordered and sent by Bunches... Most disappointing...

One of the bunches arrived a day late and then my friend sent me a photo of the bunch of flowers and I was ashamed. They looked like I had spent five pounds at the garage for them. Not acceptable. I will stick with interflora - they are expensive but not a waste of money

The flowers were delivered on one of the correct dates. But had been held by the mail for 24 hours, so when they arrived the flowers were very dehydrated. Also the card accompaning the flowers had not been wrote on.
