I ordered the large Iris and Freesias and the delivery date was set on the 27/02 but it did not arrive in time. In addition, some of the flowers had already bloomed whilst some still very early in their buds. This created the problem of them wilting at different times. Whilst my freesias has already fully bloomed, the iris ones had not even begin to show colour. A few days had passed and the iris then began to bloom but the petals were dried and flaky, as if they had been there for a long time even though they just came out of the bud. The biggest problem now is that whilst some of the iris are beginning to bloom the freesias are starting to wilt and fall off so my bouquet looks immensely messy and old.

I ordered a spring bouquet for my daughter-in-law who had just given birth to her first baby and it looked lovely on your website. However when I saw it in her vase, I was very dissappointed - it looked just like a very small cheap bunch I could have bought from my local supermarket. Defininitely not worth the money.

Been a reciever and sent...not happy with either , some weee sent to me on valantines but arrive 2 days late and eent strsight in the bin as dead and drooping , i sent a plant to my sister , although arrived as she was near her from door the post man said she wasnt there to answer and took it back and she had to collect in two days...again pot chipped and plant not in great condition ... nearly £30 ... unhappynd wont use again .

Disappointing for the price. Sparse amount of flowers, only three roses in the bouquet,lasted around about 6 days. Received a day before stipulated date, admit standard post. This was the first time of purchasing from you. Will not be purchasing again. Should have gone to past on-line florist which I have used in the past.

The bouquet we had delivered on Tuesday 13th February for Valentines Day began to droop by Saturday 17th, we were very disappointed as by Monday 19th we had to dispose of most of the flowers except one red rose and some freesias. I have had many arrangements from Bunches in the past and I and the recipients have had much pleasure from them.

The service was excellent and flowers arrived spot on time. The flowers themselves were very disappointing. They looked dull and somewhat limp on arrival. Instructions with them were followed to the letter and I expected them to pick up during the next few hours. Not so, and after a couple of days they were just about fit for the bin. Overall opinion; a very good service but the flowers, on this occasion, were well below the standard that I would expect from Bunches.

Never had an issue with Bunches ordered many flowers over the years, but recently ordered some for valentines only to find upon arrival the one rose head was broken completely and the rose sitting in the bottom of the holder and the flowers themselves almost seemed like they were dying before we had even taken them out the packaging. Was disappointed in comparison to previous experience I have had.

For an expensive bunch of flowers turning up in a big box.... Tuned out to be a small rubbish bunch of flowers... Real anti climax, and disappointing on our anniversary! Will never buy flowers online again...

The flowers I ordered for Valentine's Day didn't turn up until the afternoon of the day. The freesias soon went off and the irises never opened. The gypsophila's still okay. I'm sure there was something about the flowers being guaranteed for 5 days. Yeah, right.

Roses are dying yet kept in a balanced, natural light area of the lounge - overuse of Gypsophila to the detriment of the Roses. Freesias have opened up well and blooms good. We supported you through our retail business even after the Post Office arrangement ceased. A very disappointed Thompson household.

Flowers looked pathetic. No water in them so the lilies were whiltered and looks half dead. Was embarrassed when my mum received them for her birthday. Will definitely not be ordering again.

Issues with delivery dates that their support was distinctly unhelpful with. The flowers were good, but had delivery issues in the past and won't be using them again.
