Ordered the hand tied Picasso as an anniversary gift. Quality of flowers wasn't great, not nearly as bright and stunning as the photo suggested. Plus a number of the buds didn't flower. Ordered an accompanying mini bottle of raspberry gin but not a good flavour. All in all a bit disappointed really.

I received a rose from bunches as a gift. A voucher was enclosed and I used it to send flowers to a family member. I hope the flowers I sent last longer than my rose!

Flowers ordered for delivery on a Saturday were not received until Monday. Selecting a delivery date was a waste of time.

Service quick efficent dissapointed that not as many stems flowers as shown in picture they fitted in drinking mug - dissapointed as not cheap =wouldnt have bought if known =

I have used Bunches a few times and always been very pleased with the service. Unfortunately the last time i used them to send flowers to a friend for her 70th birthday the flowers arrived 2 days after the event. Although I realise this was due to the current situation, we were disappointed that it didn't make her special birthday a bit more special.

Booked flowers to go to an elderly relative in a nursing home, during the COVID19 lockdown. Having booked 3 weeks in advance, I had assumed we would get some sort of confirmation that our order had been processed ie dispatched (by Royal Mail I believe). We heard nothing so we were left wondering whether the flowers had actually been sent. We ended up having to contact the nursing home to check. They had been delivered - but I would have preferred some automatic confirmation of dispatch from Bunches - especially given we had arranged the order several weeks in advance.

I have always sent flowers to people so I have not seen the flowers. In June I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday she was shelding with me and the flowers were of poor quality. The positive outcome was the the flowers were replaced with better quality flowers When I complained.

I thought the order process was very good but I feel the quality and value for money could have been better. The amount of stems for £18 was quite small, considering what you can get at the supermarket for the same price. As it was a gift I was a bit disappointed overall unfortunately

Flowers have been good but have not been arriving on the Birthday date which is a shame my Mum was 92 last week & her flowers came a day after her Birthday so I didnt see them.

The recipient wasn’t home so flowers taken to a depot of some sort. This was closed due to COVID on numerous occasions. It would have been better to leave on the doorstep. I have used bunches many times over the years but won’t bother again. At least until COVID is over.

The delivery policy is that if the recipient is not available to accept the gift this will be taken back to the sorting office, after leaving a calling card that should be marked perishable. On some occasions if a safe place can be found to leave the flowers they may leave on the property, however this is at the discretion of the delivery driver and cannot be guaranteed. I ordered the £16 12 carnations. The flowers were a bit scrawny - not what I expected given the glowing reviews. But they are lasting well. Delivery was not on the day booked but assume that's due to Covid.

Flowers were very nice but delivery was a day late. The flowers were for my sister to let her know I was thinking about her on the anniversary of her little girl’s death and I especially wanted them to arrive on that day. Unfortunately they did not arrive until the following day even though I had selected the correct delivery date.

As someone who has sent flowers using bunches I wish you would have a tracking system so the person sending them knows if they've arrived
