Beautiful bouquet of flowers, arrived exactly when it was supposed to, so quick delivery. within 5 days the flowers began to wilt & the jug I purchased extra leaks really bad so my mother in law couldn’t use it 😔

Our free delivery service is usually based on a 1-2 working day delivery with 90% of gifts arriving on the date selected. The peonies that we’re ordered arrived a bit battered and wilted. After some loving care they were slightly salvaged. They were also 2 days later than ordered even though they were ordered over a week in advance.

This review largely concerns problems with the delivery courier (Royal Mail). This is the third time I've used Bunches to send flowers and previously delivery has occurred on the requested day and the flowers have been beautiful, no complaints. For my most recent order, however, for a relatives birthday delivery was attempted at 7am on selected date (Tues 23rd June). This is hardly a sociable time to deliver. However, the recipient was home and would have answered if more effort had been made i.e. knocking a bit louder! The instruction to leave with neighbours was also apparently ignored and flowers were taken away to postal depot, despite the box clearly stating goods were perishable. The recipient attempted to collect the parcel later the same day only to be told this wouldn't be possible as depot was closed and collection wasn't possible until 2 days later - on the 25th. When they were collected the flowers were in ok condition but were already fairly open and therefore didn't last as long in the vase. This really isn't acceptable for what was meant to be a birthday gift - causing stress and inconvenience for the recipient of the flowers and goods not in their best condition. I'd be wary about using Bunches again now as a result unfortunately.

Flowers arrived on time. However I have ordered from bunches before and been incredibly impressed with the longevity of the flowers. But this time they had wilted and died in a matter of a few days. Not as impressed as I have been in past orders. Hopefully this is a one off!

Delivery was on specified day, flowers looked great.. but unfortunately died a lot quicker and expected

I requested for my delivery to be made on a particular date and it did not arrive until the next day. Disappointing as it was for a birthday. There was no communication to say it would be delivered late and as I paid for guaranteed date delivery this was most unsatisfactory.

The flowers I ordered for our friends’ 50th Wedding Anniversary were lovely but I was very disappointed that they didn’t arrive until late afternoon—I expected them to be delivered in the morning as I paid extra for courier service—special occasion flowers should arrive before 3:30 in the afternoon.

It wasn’t until after completing my purchase that you notified me of a likely delay to delivery for covid19 of 1 - 2 days. Since you knew there would be a delay & that the flowers were for a birthday on the 26th I would have expected you to send the flowers earlier to be assured they would arrive by the required date rather than arrive after the occasion as they did. Very disappointing performance on your behalf specifically as you knew there was likelihood of a delay. It is better to receive early rather than after the occasion especially as you had 2 weeks in order to prepare & send them. Definitely reconsidering future options contrary to Bunches due to this lack of foresight

However we have provided a link on our home page that advises the delivery may take an extra day due to the pressure Royal Mail are experiencing at present. The date the gift was ordered bears no relevance on when the gift is dispatched. As explained within our delivery terms the gift is dispatched 1 working day prior to your chosen date. It seems stupid to be asked to write a review of the flowers since I have not seen them, but they were delivered on the right date and my aunt says the freesias were beautiful, other than that I cannot comment. As far as who delivered them, how many days they took and whether they were damaged, you will have to ask the recipient.

Flowers arrived lovely but didn’t last long. Arrived Wednesday where wilting by Sunday. Never has this issue before

Box arrived in a terrible state, ( I had paid extra for courier service hoping that it would arrive in a good state ) luckly flowers were not damged to much, flowers lasted 3/4 days and died abit disappointed.

Disappointed. Small bouquet of flowers expected a bit more for my money. Had to throw away after 4 days as they started dropping and the petals falling off.

My delivery didn’t turn I on time and as she didn’t no it was comming she wasn’t in and Royal Mail delivered and I had to have them redilverd and when she got them two days after that they had no water and want perfect

Two of the blooms were damaged and the rest did not last as long as we expected several drooped in 3/4 days. Otherwise bouquet was lovely and delivered as requested.
