“recently placed two orders the first order was placed on line with no problems. On placing the second order your site would not allow payment with pay pal so placed the order on the phone with your operative. The flowers did not arrive on the day specified and needed to phone your offices again to get the order delivered and it was still late arriving. I have always had such good service from Bunches however on this occasion you let me down and badly.”

“Have used bunches several times with no issues, however on this occasion even though booked and paid for 4 days in advance for a Saturday booking, the flowers failed to arrive for the intended recipient, no notification of delays, and did not arrive until Monday afternoon. I understand delays may occur right now because of covid, but a notification should have been given at least.”

“Very disappointed the flowers arrived two days late for the birthday and looked wilted. However they did pick up a bit after a good drink. Would suggest different delivery service to Royal Mail”

“The flowers were quite expensive so I was expecting good quality but both bunches that I ordered were a bit sparse and many of the flowers did not last a week, however, the carnations did well. Nothing spectacular or particularly inspiring. I do not think that I will order from them again.”

“I have used Bunches for many years, but never had the opportunity to send flowers to myself before! I recently ordered Tropical Breeze on behalf of my husband as a Golden Wedding Anniversary present. Whilst most of the flowers are still looking good, sadly one of the lilies had broken off, and three of the yellow flowers (Germini?) were hanging from their stems. My husband was understandably very disappointed, as I had always told him how good your products have been. I don't usually write reviews but felt that, as this had been such a special occasion, I ought to do so. Thank you for taking the time to read this.”

“I was a little disappointed with this and would have definitely complained had I not got a discount (It was my first order). The butterflies were pretty but the flowers were very minimal, however, after a few days it started to look better. I wouldn’t buy this again I’m afraid.”

“I was very upset with the first delivery, however dealing with the agent Minnie we managed get a final conclusion thank you. They sent us a second delivery which was like the picture, and in much better condition which makes me think the first lot were an accident. I may be content to try them again. once again my thanks to Minnie.”

“Flowers were delivered a day late (this was unfortunate, but I know it can happen in 7% of cases, when delivery is not couriered). However, this extra day of sitting in a hot post office depot somewhere, meant that the bouquet was looking a bit sad when it did get delivered. Some of the flowerheads looked withered and some leaves have started to rot under the plastic wrapper. So, maybe the packaging can be improved to safeguard against delivery delays? On the plus side, the flower selection was lovely, and even included daisies (my partner's favourite flower), which are difficult to get from florists.”
