I requested for my delivery to be made on a particular date and it did not arrive until the next day. Disappointing as it was for a birthday. There was no communication to say it would be delivered late and as I paid for guaranteed date delivery this was most unsatisfactory.

The flowers I ordered for our friends’ 50th Wedding Anniversary were lovely but I was very disappointed that they didn’t arrive until late afternoon—I expected them to be delivered in the morning as I paid extra for courier service—special occasion flowers should arrive before 3:30 in the afternoon.

It wasn’t until after completing my purchase that you notified me of a likely delay to delivery for covid19 of 1 - 2 days. Since you knew there would be a delay & that the flowers were for a birthday on the 26th I would have expected you to send the flowers earlier to be assured they would arrive by the required date rather than arrive after the occasion as they did. Very disappointing performance on your behalf specifically as you knew there was likelihood of a delay. It is better to receive early rather than after the occasion especially as you had 2 weeks in order to prepare & send them. Definitely reconsidering future options contrary to Bunches due to this lack of foresight

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear your gift didn't arrive on your preferred delivery date. Our free delivery service is usually based on a 1-2 working day delivery with 93% of gifts arriving on the date selected. However we have provided a link on our home page that advises the delivery may take an extra day due to the pressure Royal Mail are experiencing at present. The date the gift was ordered bears no relevance on when the gift is dispatched. As explained within our delivery terms the gift is dispatched 1 working day prior to your chosen date. It seems stupid to be asked to write a review of the flowers since I have not seen them, but they were delivered on the right date and my aunt says the freesias were beautiful, other than that I cannot comment. As far as who delivered them, how many days they took and whether they were damaged, you will have to ask the recipient.

Flowers arrived lovely but didn’t last long. Arrived Wednesday where wilting by Sunday. Never has this issue before

Box arrived in a terrible state, ( I had paid extra for courier service hoping that it would arrive in a good state ) luckly flowers were not damged to much, flowers lasted 3/4 days and died abit disappointed.

Disappointed. Small bouquet of flowers expected a bit more for my money. Had to throw away after 4 days as they started dropping and the petals falling off.

My delivery didn’t turn I on time and as she didn’t no it was comming she wasn’t in and Royal Mail delivered and I had to have them redilverd and when she got them two days after that they had no water and want perfect

Two of the blooms were damaged and the rest did not last as long as we expected several drooped in 3/4 days. Otherwise bouquet was lovely and delivered as requested.

I didn’t receive the flowers so I cannot comment on the most important thing which is their quality. However the ordering side of things was excellent.

I ordered the flowers with the little butterflies plus a purple based bouquet. Firstly, the order was only available for deliver on one particular day and it didn't even arrive on that day! The 2nd order did at least arrive on time. The first order, from the photo, you assume it arriving with the different flowers in separate packs with water. Nope, mine arrived all in one bouquet...late.....the flower food had burst all over the flowers, no water and the flowers, over one week later look absolutely nothing like the photo. The 2nd delivery looks a pathetically small bouquet of flowers, again altogether and no water. I also order a watering can rose which was lovely, until I noticed it's completely covered in greenfly plus other crawlies. Not impressed at all. The only reason I used this site was the ease and ability to view what you're buying, or so I thought. I won't be buying again.

I was rather disappointed that even though I ordered flowers on a Wednesday for delivery on a Saturday, they only arrived on a Monday. I have had next day delivery from another company but liked the choice from you.
