Thank you for your review. We are sorry that your gift did not arrive before 5pm. We do advise in our delivery terms that our gifts are delivered up until 6pm. As the business was closed, the gift was left with a neighbouring property as explained when you contacted our customer support team. Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Bouquet was tiny, hardly any flowers , not the amount specified at all, arrived a day later than they should have and three of the flowers were broken. Not worth the money at all. Will not use them again.

I ordered a plant for my friends birthday.It was in a container with a nice selection of other fauna .It was left at the door & when she opened it she said the container was upside down and dirt all over .She had to replant everything which was a bit messy.

Delivery late, flowers not as shown in photo and flowers only lasted 3 days before wilting. So disappointed and customer service team could not have been less helpful. My late father used to use Bunches all the time which is why I chose them for a delivery to my mum - I won't make that mistake again.

Sending flowers for a birthday present they need to arrive on the day not be late so I consider the gift as a waste of money

Flowers were delivered a day late so I ended up buying flowers form the shop on my wedding anniversary.

I was extremely disappointed 😢 in the delivery I had sent to my daughter from her 7 year old son. The so called large bunch of flowers with chocolates which cost over £29 all she got was 14 carnations and a card absolutely diabolical value for money. I will not use you again

1 star because can't give 0 !!!! Absolutely dumbfounded by the recent purchase and the customer service reply to the latest bunch I purchased. The flowers looked lovely on their website so I ordered as past experience been good. But f*** me what an absolite shambles this time. Apparently from customer services reply I am meant to be a florist to make the bunch of flowers I purchased look like their photo. They literally sent me 11 flowers (as stated on their site) but they didn't state that was all I was getting and that it would look like absolute dog poo when I put it in the vase at home. Customers service only reply is to say my vase is too big and that I need to arrange the flowers myself to make them look better. A fully trained florist would do well the make my purchase look better !!!

I ordered birthday flowers and paid extra for a larger display. However my mother although thankful, felt that the flowers were very small and with very few flowers. I'd hate to think What the regular bunch would look like.

I will never recommend Bunches to anyone: I ordered a bunch of flowers for an older lady who lives in Kensington. The flowers never got delivered nor did Bunches send a message to tell the reason or to apologize. Waste of a lot of money.

Very disappointed with the lack of and quality of flowers. Poorly arranged. Super market flowers would have been better, could have got nearly 3 bunches for the price too and I had a discount code included.

As much as I dislike giving bad reviews I ordered these flowers from you on recommendation for a friend who is going through a tough time, and thought they would make her smile. I asked her to send me a picture as she seemed pleased that I had taken time to send her some flowers to cheer her up . Well I’m sorry to say I was disappointed with what I saw. A few carnations and a sprig of greenery with white flowers. I could have got much more from my local supermarket. I realise I have to take delivery into consideration but I was not impressed with my purchase. I did look at your website for a review page but could not find and I suppose I should have rang , but thought I would not get any response. I await your reply in anticipation. Regards Mrs Ninnis
