Sadly the recipent did not receive the dry flower arrangement. Apparently the courier left the item outside a door (photo was provided but no door number was shown). Was very dissapointed as the person it was destined for is severely disabled and would have managed to get to the door had the courier knocked,

I ordered 2 bunches of flowers one arrived satisfactorily The other was repackaged and the flowers crushed Thankfully the receiver tracked the parcel and bunches did send another very beautiful bunch for which I was most grateful

I was very disappointed by what we received compared to the picture of what I thought i was ordering. There were less roses, less freesia and less of the other flowers than shown. I felt very upset about what my mum received for mothers day!

No vase delivered as ordered. Not many flowers in bunch . Very disappointed.

Day late and half of flowers snapped off in transit so had to put into two different vases, normally very good.

I’m a bit disappointmented with the quality of these flowers, they started wilting and browning the day after I got them delivered

The roses didn’t last for 2 days the lilies didn’t even open up very disappointed specially that this wasn’t a cheap bouquet

My proof of delivery is a photo of the box leaning against a closed front door, which I recognise. However given that is well known that parcels are regularly taken if left in full view I have no way of knowing if the flowers were received. They were sent as a complete surprise and as an apology for missing a birthday. The recipient has not contacted me therefore I can only assume they were not received. I obviously cannot comment on the flowers, I would rather have paid for undelivered flowers, at least I would have been sure of the situation. I personally would never use Bunches again.

I inadvertently put the wrong address on the order. The flowers never arrived but the address doesn't exist so have no idea where they went.

Didn’t get delivered when it should have been even though got tracking from post office to say it would be delivered so contacted bunches and didn’t get much help at all. Then when received by my daughter this was packaged in valentines type wrapping even though it was under birthday flowers and you can only see a picture of the flowers online so my daughter and I were surprised at the wrong type packaging.

What arrived looked absolutely nothing like the pictures and even after a few days once the buds had bloomed, the bouquet still didnt look anything like the picture. Very disappointed as it was for Mothers Day.

I ordered flowers for a very dear friend aged 93 years. So disappointed not at all up to scratch. Definitely will not use Bunches again they are certainly not up to scratch.

Upon opening the outer box, some flowers were found damaged, and the additional gifts to accompany the flowers - the celebration cake had been places beneath the flowers and the wrapper broken thus causing the cake to be contaminated. Overall, very unhappy with the order and will not be ordering from this firm again

Ordered Iris and Freesias as part of a mothersday gift for my wife. What I received bore no resemblance whatsoever to the Bunches website image of these so-called blooms (image obviously photo shopped). The contents of the box were dehydrated and looked as though they had been driven over and then reversed over. Even 24 hours in water did not revive them. Website image is misleading as as to amount of flowers contained in the bunch also. COMPLETELY DISGUSTED. Will never use Bunches again. Customer services not interested. Waste of time.
