I wasn’t happy with my order. Some of the flowers were falling off the stem. For the price paid I would have expected the flowers to look like the ones in the advertising photos.

Overpriced and totally underwhelmed by the size of the arrangement once the stems were placed in a vase. Will never buy again.

The bunches shown online were much bigger and fuller than the one that was delivered. I was very disappointed when I was sent photos from the person that received them.

I was disgusted to be honest with the flowers! I was away for our anniversary! And when I saw the pictures off the gift.. I was disgusted! I have used you before many times and been satisfied.. But this time…. NO! Especially for not being present on our anniversary!

I have been using Bunches for quite a few years now, but was bitterly disappointed in what my mother received for her birthday. I have been away on holiday, so I've only now been able to write my review. I ordered 25 stems of Fresia's, as this is my mother's favourite flower. They were delivered on time on 22nd May 2023, and the external packaging was in really good order. The upsetting part came when my mother opened the box up. My mother is 77 years old, and described the flowers as "resembling something that has been booted around a warehouse floor" or "flowers that had been prepared by an apprentice Morticia Addams". The stems were broken, 12 of them snapped at the head, the flowers looked filthy, and were not placed in the box all the same way as usual. They were all over. Usually there is some plant food, with a card telling you how to look after the flowers. There was nothing with this delivery. My mother also remarked the envelope which her birthday card came in looked dirty, grubby and as if it had been screwed up to be thrown away. There was a part imprint on the envelope from a dirty sole. My mother managed to save just six stems, and these died three days later, making the whole experience an omnishambles. My mother takes great pleasure in receiving her flowers on special occasions, but there was no pleasure to be had on this occasion, just embarrassment for me.

I ordered for delivery on 22 May (Monday), but they didn't come until 6 pm the day after (Tuesday 23 May). I wanted to use them first thing on Wednesday 24 May so it was a mad rush to arrange them in time. I was advised they had been dispatched on Saturday 20 May and I think they had been too long without water as Quite a few of them had to be binned as they were all withered. I realise this is probably a failing on Royal Mail's part and suggest you use a more reliable means of delivery.

Flowers were delivered to the wrong address. I never received a confirmation email to check to details, so I was unaware that there was an issue. My elderly aunt was very disappointed that she never received her birthday present. A total waste of money.

The flowers sent as a birthday gift were a disgrace. Don't expect to receive another order from me ever again so remove my email address from your list. Disgusted

Flowers that arrived looked absolutely nothing like the picture. It was actually an embarrassing gift. Would not order again! Courier used left hidden but didn’t put any card through to let the recipient know the flowers were there so they sat outside for 2 days

Well to be honest I was very disappointed, I know when they arrive they are supposed to look sparse but even after a few days they looked nothing like the picture I ordered from and they were a gift so no I wasn't happy

Several of the flowers died very quickly. Very few stems left after 7 days.

I purchased the Damson Delight bouquet for a friend's birthday recently and paid £18 which should have been 21 but had new customer discount. My friend received them and I asked her to send me a photo of them. Was shocked how little there was considering the money paid. Very disappointed

Unfortunately my order was never delivered on an error of 2 digits on my part. I sadly won’t be ordering from bunched again despite years of loyalty as I didn’t find the offer of 25percent off my next order very satisfactory especially as I’d now missed a surprise for a friend’s birthday

Can’t say I was that impressive with the bunch of flowers having paid for extra stems & delivered in a box it’s a lot of money for flowers which didn’t really enthuse me probably try a different provider in future

I ordered the 'Fondant Fancy' bouquet for Mother's Day. My mother-in-law called me to say the roses were already browning and the 'greenery' looked like someone had just pulled a bush out of the garden. I contacted Bunches about this with photos and I received an email telling me they would send a replacement bouquet - they haven't yet Very disappointed in general.
