“Absolute rip off for the price paid. Very small bouquet, smaller than a £15 one from a supermarket even when I opted for 'large'. Also started wilting within a week.”

“Absolute pathetic service. Going down the drain. Flowers were stale & old. No smell, no blossom, nothing. They've started charging ten times for what they used to do, for absolute worse service from before.”

“I’ll start by saying the Packaging was lovely, but when they arrived 70% of the flowers were already dying so you can imagine I wasn’t impressed after spending £30 for my girlfriends flowers for Valentine’s day and seeing that.”

“I ordered flowers on a Thursday, for delivery on the following Monday, yet they didn't deliver until the Tuesday. As this was for a birthday gift it's simply unacceptable. The only way to (supposedly) guarantee delivery is by paying another £5.99 for this service, when they should just be delivering on time, as other companies do. Bunches have definitely been struck off my list for buying flowers in the future, there's far too many other companies that actually deliver on time for no additional cost. Shame I decided to give Bunches a go this time, but I won't be making the same mistake twice!”

“The flowers were sent to a friend to celebrate her engagement and I was so embarassed when she sent me a photo! They were spindle, past their full-bloom stage and a bit pathetic really. So disappointed. I should have relied on better brands, such as Freddie's Flowers!!”

“I chose bunches because it had a guaranteed delivery date and unfortunately birthday flowers were delivered two days late! I can’t comment on the flowers as I haven’t seen them but the late delivery meant my relative thought I had forgotten her birthday. Will not be using Bunches again.”

“Very disappointed with the quality of this order. Flowers were an Engagement celebration gift for my daughter. I paid £37.50 for them. Compared to other bouquets they received on the same day these did not last at all.”

“Sent a bunch of flowers for a bereavement. Inadvertently sent to the wrong address (same street, different postcode -my fault) when I called and asked for them to redirect (of which i said I'd pay full postage for) they flatly refused and said I'd have to order the flowers again. I've been a loyal customer for years but now will never use again.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you provided the wrong information that led to a failed delivery. Royal Mail will not redirect parcel on request. If the delivery fails the item is returned. As the item is of a perishable nature, we would be unable to send this back out once it was returned to our warehouse. “I ordered the florists choice deluxe bouquet expecting it to be bright and joyous and to cheer up my fiend who was unwell. Sadly what arrived was a bouquet filled with cheap drab foliage and a couple of Lilly stems in bud and some droopy dark purple flowers. All in all it was one of the most untidy and drab looking bouquets I have ever seen and I was so disappointed.”
