“Arrived promptly and flowers were fresh but did not look anything like the photograph. Lower quality, smaller and less flowers. Wouldn’t recommend for the price”

“Delivery failed to arrive on the day chosen. On the day the tracking said ‘out for delivery today’ however it did not come until the following day. Customer services kept saying we can’t gurantee delivery which is fine with me however the fact it said it was coming meant I told that person to wait in. Customer services couldn’t seem to understand that issue and still kept saying we don’t guarantee etc and not considering the issue of being told it was coming that day! Not attempt to apologies for that or accept it was misleading to have tracking and an email saying ‘out for delivery today’”

“Very disappointed with the service. Although they looked beautiful when they arrived, I spent £30 for them to arrive 6 days later than the date I booked and paid for. I emailed about it and had no explanation from them. It's really a shame as the quality of the flowers was lovely but we all order flowers to arrive for a certain occasion and these did not deliver on their promise.”

“I've used Bunches countless times now hence why I keep going back but unfortunately the Mothers day flowers this year didn't last no more than a few days at most which upset my mum and tad. Shall use another provider next year”

“Even after 6 days, the flowers looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the website. It looked like a cheap bunch I’d picked up from a garage, not something I’d spent £30 on for a Mother’s Day gift. There were only a handful of stems and they were all lifeless - I didn’t even select a letterbox version, I opted for a full bouquet. Had no response to my complaint via social media either. Definitely would never buy from Bunches again.”

“I’m sorry to say this but it frustrates me to learn once again that my mom did not received her stuffed bear that should have cane with the order I made for her for Mother’s Day. And mind you, my mom never recovered the item that was also missed the first time even after they said that they will send it over. So I’m not hopeful about a resolution this time either.”

“I purchased the flowers for my mum on mothers day. When they arrived I opened them to put them in water as she had been taken i hospital. I have to say I was very dissapointed there were only a few flowers and for the cost I did not feel it was value for money. Sorry”
