“Incredibly disappointed with quantity and quality of the flowers that I ordered and for the price that was paid. Delivered a day late and could not believe how little was in the bunch, literally two roses. Will not be returning.”

“Appalling excuse of a bouquet of flowers delivered to my sister in law who had just lost her own sister. Very embarrassing. This company made no attempt to put this right.”

“The bouquet was beautiful however the roses arrived and they looked like they were dying and then the following day another few of the flowers had dropped and were dying too. Such a shame as they were lovely!”

“Only one bunch of flowers arrived on time. The second bunch arrived too late for the farewell gathering for which they were intended. Phoned customer Services, was told there is nothing they can do. The bunch that did arrive looked spartan and lacklustre. Would not use bunches again.”

“I have bought flowers and plants from you several times, I have always found them very satisfactory. This time I ordered another bunch Summer Roses and Freesias, they were delivered last Saturday, I am disappointed as by Thursday, I had to throw the roses away as they were a sorry sight. the rest of the flowers followed on Friday! Maybe my complaint regarding this is not justified but I am thankful it was a present to me! Kind Regards Judith Murphy”

“This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I ordered flowers and card to go as a sympathy token. They sent the card to the right address and blamed me for the mistake , why would order two items to go to different door numbers , they could at least have phoned my clarify so I paid for flowers which were not delivered. Avoid them like the plague.”

“Have been away and came back to find the flowers sent to my sister where all quite dry when she received them she try to pick them up but a few didn't make it rather surprised at Bunches so not happy at all”

“I was disappointed with the service , my message was left out of inside of card , when I got the pre view email I could see no message , there was an option to contact to amend or cancel , did this and got message saying too late already dispatched. Very dissatisfied with service , won't use again .”
