“Even after 6 days, the flowers looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the website. It looked like a cheap bunch I’d picked up from a garage, not something I’d spent £30 on for a Mother’s Day gift. There were only a handful of stems and they were all lifeless - I didn’t even select a letterbox version, I opted for a full bouquet. Had no response to my complaint via social media either. Definitely would never buy from Bunches again.”

“I’m sorry to say this but it frustrates me to learn once again that my mom did not received her stuffed bear that should have cane with the order I made for her for Mother’s Day. And mind you, my mom never recovered the item that was also missed the first time even after they said that they will send it over. So I’m not hopeful about a resolution this time either.”

“I purchased the flowers for my mum on mothers day. When they arrived I opened them to put them in water as she had been taken i hospital. I have to say I was very dissapointed there were only a few flowers and for the cost I did not feel it was value for money. Sorry”

“I ordered a bunch of Rhubarb and Custard flowers which cost £25 including delivery for my sister on mother's day, and was very underwhelmed by the quality and quantity of flowers that she received. It was just so small.... I would include a photo but it doesn't allow me to here.”

“Flowers looked nothing like picture, even after a few days of letting them open up. I actually thought I’d been sent the wrong order at first they were that different from the online pictures. Delivery was not on the date I requested and got lost twice. Extremely unhappy, will not be purchasing from here even again.”

“I had really high hopes for this order, I thought I’d buy a premium bunch of flowers rather than going Tesco this year for Mother’s Day, when the flowers arrived all packaging was creased and bent that wrapped around the flowers, 2 of the flowers heads had snapped in half, the bunch was really thin not like a full bunch of flowers, I could’ve got a better bunch of flowers from Tesco and saved myself £30”

“We were away on hol so bought a Bunches bouquet for my MIL, she said the roses died in 2 days and one of the lillies arrived with the flower broken off - unfortunatly we dont have pictures ( shes 82) but won't be buying from Bunches again!”

“I luckily managed to see the flowers I had ordered for my mother in law when I visited and quite frankly I could have gotten a bigger and better bunch of flowers for half the price I was charged. Absolutely embarrassing the amount of flowers that arrived compared to what I had paid for them and what they looked like online. Won't be buying again - NOT value for money.”
