My sisters birthday was 24th August, received email to say they would be delivered that day, between 13:06 and 14:06, received another email saying "sorry our driver missed you" then receive another email saying it would be the 25th, my sister stayed in all day on the 24th. First and last time I use this company, my sister is an elderly widow and I felt so sad and disappointed for her not to get her flowers on her birthday.

Very disappointed with the two bunches of flowers I had delivered. The quality was good but the flowers don’t match or look as full as the photographs on the website.

The flowers which arrived for my wife resembled nothing like the photos of the bouquet on the Bunches website. I had to add some other flowers from home to make up the bouquet for my anniversary. I don't think I will order from Bunches again.

Don’t bother using if you are sending to a hospital. They do not get sent to the patients bedside. They get sent to a mailing room! (Apparently this is in the small print) The proof of delivery was a picture of a mail cage with no description of where it is! As my delivery was on a Saturday. My friend didn’t receive her flowers until the Tuesday! Very, very disappointed with this company!

Thank you for your review. We are sorry it took so long for the hospital mail to deliver your gift internally. We do advise in our delivery terms to check before sending to hospitals as some hospital do not accept flowers and they are not delivered directly to the wards and are sent to the hospital postal area. Really disappointed in the flowers that were sent out. They looked nothing like what was shown in the pictures. I complained but that was of no help.

Flowers were meant to turn up for a funeral. Ordered them one week before event and they didn't turn up..did complain and they basically said something which didn't really justify why they were late. Wouldn't use again..staying local

Used this company pre covid and the flowers which were delivered were lovely. Used them recently and the flowers in the photograph were completely different to the ones delivered to the recipient. Very disappointed.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers from Bunches recently for delivery to my son’s girlfriend who had invited us for supper. I was very disappointed when I saw it - It looked like it had come from a petrol station shop :(

3 stems arrived damaged so so could not be used as would not stand up. 3 roses arrived 'in bud' but died never having opened. Super embarrassing as was a gift.

Flowers arrived a day late. I was informed by customer service i needed to put delivery date down the today before I actually needed them to be delivered. Even though they are send out 24hr delivery, so that's a waste of time. So I informed that I will never use them again.

Our Tracked 24 service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with a 95% chance of gifts arriving on the date selected. Got conned into paying for 2 lots of flowers to the same person because the website was playing up If the company was caring they would of realised They did not want to know I will never use again

We often have customers that place more than one order to one person, therefore, this would not flag to us as being unusual.
