I was disappointed in the quantity of the flowers to be honest. There wasn't as many flowers as that that was shown on the image. They were for a gift so haven't seen them in person but the photo I was sent, wasn't as thick or as full as I expected.

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. I don’t feel that the flower pot and plant was worth the amount I paid. I wouldn’t buy again. It was for my mother in law’s birthday

Bouquet was nothing like the picture online , ordered for the vibrant colours but the flowers received were dull colours. Told to wait til the orchids opened but still unimpressed

This was for my wife's wedding anniversary - the three roses died on the second day and I do not believe the overall bouquet was good value for money - I will not be using Bunches again.

Bunches do provide nice bouquets but, unfortunately, they rely on their "trusted couriers" (one of which is Royal Mail) to deliver the order. I fell foul of this arrangement when I ordered a bouquet as an anniversary gift to my wife. Instead of the flowers arriving at some time during the day of the anniversary, they did not reach their destination until late the day after. On other occasions when I have used Bunches, the flowers have arrived on the expected day, albeit not always in the morning. For future time-sensitive gifts, I shall switch to a vendor that offers a courier service.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that your gift did not arrive on your chosen date. We can see that you opted for our Royal mail tracked delivery; this service comes with a 95% chance of the gift arriving on the date selected, however, this is not a guarantee and sadly it may arrive the following day. We can see on this occasion the gift was delivered a little after 3pm on the 2nd day. We do offer a guaranteed delivery service for customer who require a specific date. Although flowers arrived on the right day and the actual quality of the flowers was good I was disappointed at the amount of stems considering I paid quite a bit extra for a “Mega” sized bunch. I don’t think that 18 stems quite fit the mega size perception.

Very disappointed. Took nearly a week to be delivered. I visited the person that I sent them to on the 31.8.23, to see a sad looking bunch, that she had no idea who they were from, as the card had not been included. These were a thank you to someone who had helped someone dear to me, and the gift meant a lot.

Not very happy. Delivery was late on day after my anniversary. For the price there were not many flowers at all. On the positive flowers we're fresh and good quality. Just not many of them.

I am writing this as a sender not a recipient. I have always been more than satisfied and pleased to receive flowers from my friend through you. I ordered a birthday card for another friend. It turned up the day before I ordered it to be. Also, there should have been a packet of seeds with it and there wasn't. Not altogether happy about this service, although as I said earlier flowers ordered by my friend have been wonderful.

I have used Bunches several times in the past and have always been very pleased with the quality of the flowers and the simplicity of the ordering system. However, I recently ordered some flowers for my wife's anniversary and was very disappointed with the quantity of flowers received, considering the price I paid. I could have got many more blooms of similar quality from a supermarket at a fraction of the price. Not sure I will be using Bunches again I'm afraid.

Flowers were nice but delivery was late ! I had ordered them 8 days before hand which gave them plenty of time to get them delivered on the actual date of my grandmothers birthday so for that reason I won’t be using again

I sent some flowers to a friend and her family due to a family bereavment,i've not heard from my friend to say she has received them,which I find quite strange,so I don't know wether she has received them or not . I will be very angry if she hasnt. Mrs C Berrie PS , dont know if my friend has recieved them or or not

The flowers were very much okay. The delivery was miserable. Planned for Monday 24th of July I could accept a delivery one day later but the parcel was delivered on Thursday 27th. That was clearly too late.

I know that the flowers fill up when they are unpacked and put in water but I feel that the last bunch that I sent as a gift did look a bit miserable.
