“The flowers looked bulky and beautiful on the website. But on arrival they were a third of how they looked advertised. For the price I was expecting a slightly bigger bunch!”

“Gorgeous bouquet of flowers, that have apparently lasted well. BUT….they arrived at lunchtime the day after Mother’s Day. Sadly missing the point, and leading to disappointment. So I unfortunately can’t trust Bunches again”

“I ordered a "Florist's Selection" bouquet and was hoping for a nicely designed, sophisticated selection like the ones shown on the website. Unfortunately what was delivered was a gaudy array of leftover stems.”

“Sadly disappointed. The day after the rubharb and custard bouquet arrived all of the purple flowers dried up and died, despite following the instructions. This shouldn't happen to any freshly cut flowers. So for the price we were left with ten stems of carnations we could have got at any petrol station.”

“I was honestly quite disappointed with the flowers I received from Bunches. I paired for 22 stems and only received 2, which isn’t a massive issue but I paid the additional money for 22 stems. I was also quite sad to see the quality of the flowers. They were over bloomed and ragidy, more than you’d expect just from the post. I was also sadly disappointed with the lack of luster the flowers had generally. The only positive was the fact the flowers were delivered on time”

“The orchid flowers were lovely along with the card which was exactly what i had written. However i had specifically pressed for the delivery to arrive on Sunday for mother’s day and it arrived a day early which was a bit of a shame as it was a surprise.”
