“Very disappointed. Flowers were lovely but put in a delivery day as requested, ordered 4 days before the required delivery day and they still arrived a day late, after the recipient’s 60th birthday making it a total waste of time and money.”

“I recently ordered the Mulberry blush for a friend who’s just lost her husband recently. I appreciate they arrive in bud form but they have not apparently blossomed into anything like the photograph and I’m very disappointed for her.”

“A bit disappointed this time. I ordered the tied bunch florists choice and they came in carelessly scrunched up brown paper with no tie. I think perhaps the envelope flowers are a better deal from Bunches.”

“The flowers delivered look absolutely NOTHING like what i ordered for my grannys birthday. The photo showed at least 6 roses and there was only 3. The foliage also looked nothing like what was pictured. I'm very dissapointed and won't be using you again. A waste of nearly £40!”

“I ordered a bouquet for my sister's 26th Wedding Anniversary and was very disappointed with the flowers. To restore my trust you will need to do better. I have informed you of the situation, and have sent you photos of the flowers but you have not responded. If you wish for your customers to place future orders the you really need to look after them by taking their complaints seriously.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the bouquet that arrived. Our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during transit. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. “Didn't arrive on due date. On arrival placed around side of house with no notification through letterbox. Flowers found by chance the next day.”

Our Tracked 24 service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with a 93% chance of gifts arriving on the date selected. We do recommend that an upgraded courier service is selected if a guaranteed date is required. We are sorry to her the carrier did not post a calling card to let the recipient know where the gift has been left, as it is their policy to do so. “I paid £24 for my bunch of flowers for my Auntie. These arrived in good time and when expected. However the flowers looked nothing like the photo. In the advertised photo the flowers looked very full in the vase. But when my arrived they were very sparse. And not full at all.”

“The flowers were beautiful....no complaints at all but it should have been made clear that although ordered with plenty of time they were delivered a day too late! As it was for a good friends 80th birthday I was very disappointed.”

“The flowers themselves would have been great...IF... the delivery person had not left parcel on front door and not knocked.they were out for 2 days in all that torrential rain and were crushed. Contacted bunches and they sent commentary bunch ,(not as big as first orfer) with instructions to knock and wait. Flowers delivered, tucked behind flower urn ...no knock Again box soaked but some of these flowers were saved. So in short.. Bunches customs were good but delivery was cr...p which did not look well on the flower sellers.”

“When the flowers arrived they were very squashed. One bunch of spray carnations was broken so unusable. One alstromeria head had broken off & two of the carnations were flattened on one side. Although the rest of the flowers revived after being put in water this seems inadequate. Particularly now that you charge for delivery I would have expected the flowers to arrive in a good state.”

“Flowers left at 6:30pm in full heat in garden. No note though door. The recipient was a disabled lady and unable to check herself a d had to call daughter. By thus time flowers were limp and definitely not worth the money”

“In fairness, have to say we have used this company in the past with no problem, but not so lucky this time. Was given Sunday as the day for delivery, the day confirmed again by a subsequent email. Then received an email Sunday to say estimated delivery Tuesday. We contacted bunches to complain, eventually flowers arrived Monday. A day late , but when we saw the photo of the 'extra large' bouquet that was delivered, we're beyond disappointed. What can I say - it looks miserable.”
