I chose the flowers from this company as they looked so nice. They were as expected. However they were ordered to arrive with ‘the next day’ service for the start of my son’s honeymoon. The hotel agreed to take delivery and put them in the room ready. They did not arrive on the day but arrived the day after, and spoilt a lovely surprise planned for the honeymoon. I was told on phoning Bunches that the next day delivery service is not guaranteed. I have never had this issue before with florists so will not be using this company again.

Because of the Royal mail,the flowers were droopy and not nice...This incompetence by Royal Mail as cast a unfair shadow on the quality of the produce by bunches...

Apparently the choclate and the biscuits were not delivered. Disppointing as these were paid for and I only found out because I checked. I used Bunches many times in the past and to be fair I think this is the first time I am aware of something like this happening.

I paid over £30 for a bunch of yellow roses and freesias. Don't often get the chance to see them in real life, but visited the recipient yesterday. I was so disappointed. In less than a week the roses were on their last legs and for the price, the bouquet was very sparse. I won't be back in a hurry.

Flowers arrived on the correct day (my friends birthday) but they were in quite bad condition. Some petals and leaves were dry, cracked, wilting or had holes in them. The bunch was also no where near as “full” as it’s looked on the website. Flowers already looked a good few days old when they arrived, I wouldn’t order from Bunches again.

I bought these as a gift, I was disappointed in the condition they arrived in, the box looked as if it had been opened, there was barely any water in with the flowers therefore many of the flowers appeared to be dying! Aside from this, the flowers which were in bloom were beautiful! However, I will never order from here again!

Product okay but delivery company thoughtless. Package left outside door but I was told it was left with the neighbour. All the soil and the bulbs came out of the pot because it was left on its side and the packaging was damaged.

I recently ordered for a friend's birthday your Mulberry Blush arrangement for £22.50 plus Birthday Card. I have both received and been given flowers from your company before and was very pleased with them. However, I was very disappointed when my friend sent me a photo of what she had received. The flowers had opened but were very small and there seemed to be virtually none of the Pink lemon or Pistachio greenery. The only nice thing was the "keepsake" butterly.

Normally it is very good but this time the pot that had the plant in was broken. I phoned and reported it and hopefully a new pot will be sent.

I am disappointed that I emailed you with a complaint which you did not respond to. The flowers were beautiful but my friend had to pay extra postage on them as you did not put enough on the parcel. She was also told that by the Carrier that she would have to wait three days before she could collect them by which time they would not have been at their best. Luckily she managed to collect them the next day but still not on her birthday as I wanted. Very disappointed that you did not respond to my complaint

I was actually really disappointed with the flowers I sent to an unwell friend. Cost nearly £30 and I could have picked up the same in Aldi for less than a tenner. I wish I had contacted customer service about them. They weren't very good at all. Very few actual flowers, all of which looked a bit weak and pathetic.

My friend sent me a picture of the flowers when they arrived. There certainly wasn’t the same amount of flowers that you advertised so I was very disappointed ☹️

The order was delivered on time, but the flowers in the bouquet were droopy and lifeless. The type and amount in my opinion did not match the photograph on your website. My wife was very disappointed and did not believe the total cost of the order. I don't believe that I will be using your service again. Regards, A

the flowers arrived a day late!! this is really horrible as it’s meant to be a birthday surprise and the website makes it look as thought they’ll deliver on the day itself. but if you look at their shipping FAQs it makes it seem like a day late is normal due to using Royal Mail

I ordered an pricey orchid as a special anniversary present to be delivered the day before.I received email on day of delivery to say it had been sent to the wrong mail centre.due to bank holiday which I understand isn't bunches fault.it was delivered the day after the anniversary.I was very disappointed and will not be using bunches again
