not great the flowers were a gift to a friend When I saw them 3 days later they were floppy and not happy...

Honestly not impressed by the customer care. Some flowers did not arrive on the intended day of delivery. I asked twice that they passed on my dissatisfaction to Royal Mail, but they declined to confirm in both emails that they'd do this. 95% of the time their delivery will be fine, but on the times it isn't, I find their responses to be generically apologetic and always carrying a company line to excuse themselves, without actually reading what the person has written. I wouldn't order with them again - it's more convenient to order from a local florist.

the bouquet of flowers was completely different than the one I ordered and saw in the photo. The courier did not arrive on my mother's birthday. He was there the day after.

Recently ordered Fondant Fancy for my elderly mum's birthday. Eventually arrived after first failing delivery, (mum was at home) . Two/three days after delivery, photo sent to me of flowers. Comparing to photo, I felt it wasn't a true representation. Spoken to customer services, who reassured me all was correct. When ordering from Spain, I would not see what is received. Just felt disappointed that the flowers did not deliver the 'WOW' impact that I would have expected. Customer services replied correct to standard, confirming that all was as it should be. I was just disappointed with the end result.

You let me down so badly with lack of communication after so many years of being with you and not taking mutual communication considering I did not receive your confirmation as it bounced back to you and I lost £60.00!!! I never got a call back to die but you got your money so hope you feel good as it seems you don’t care a toss for not following through!

Once again, very disappointed in the flowers I received, after being disappointed previously I gave you another try, Such a shame as the pictures you supply on the internet are nothing like what is delivered

On the 10th October I ordered letterbox flowers for a friend whose Mum had just passed away and requested delivery for Thursday 12th October. I saw my friend the following week and she had still not received the flowers. I double checked my order to find they were listed for delivery on the 2nd November! They were finally delivered two weeks later after an e-mail from myself. Very disappointed as I have used Bunches before without any problems.

Thank you for your review. When looking into your order, we can see that the date selected for delivery was 2nd November. We do send a confirmation of the order, directly after the order is placed, so the details can be checked and amended if need be. All I can say that The Box that the flowers we in was open and so I hope there flowers arrived ok as it was a very special day for my sister

My plant for delivery to a very special person on a very special day arrived a day late. I ordered the delivery well in advance, about two weeks beforehand. I was very disappointed.

The flowers never arrived in the designated even though they had enough notice will not use them again

I expected the orchids in bud,as advertised,but when they arrived they were fully open. They are now starting to droop and I was expecting them to last a lot longer for my friend. Also the vase was too tall for the flowers and it was squashed out of shape.

The image on the website does not match what was received. I feel like I paid £28 for £5 worth of flowers. Very disappointed

hi ive always been really happy with the flowers , but i bought a bouquet for my parents anniversary and it cost £35 which isnt cheap , i was so dissapointed , it was so small , i wish i had gone with the local florists which i will be from now on , sorry to be negative

I've always bought my flowers from bunches but the last delivery died within 3 days. I'm hoping this was just a one off as this bouquet was almost £40!

Flowers didn’t arrive on the day stated. When they did arrive they’d been out of water for too long and were limp! I’ve used Bunches many times but I was disappointed with my last order.

I don’t think the bouquet was worth £27 as the vase was very empty when we put them in. You could get fuller bunches at Asda for £8 tbh but they were nice
