“I was disappointed with the flowers I ordered for Mother's Day. The picture on your website showed a bouquet of various shades of pink carnations and alstromelias but what my mother received were not as shown at all.”

“Box came ripped and squashed, flowers has been squashed flat and didn’t have any shape to them. I ordered a large bouquet but came looking like half the size of a small bouquet, I was quite upset as my mum wanted these for Mother’s Day but when I gave them to her Mother’s Day morning I felt bad because it’s nothing like what she was expecting.”

“This is the first time I’ve been disappointed with my delivery, firstly they came in a letterbox form, by the time they got to me they were squashed and in my opinion useless they only lasted a few days which again is a first for Bunches flowers, they normally Last a week or more at times, very disappointed and may look at going elsewhere if this is what they have lowered their standards to, this said I would not say to people not to use them as they have been great in the past but may have put me off them for now, which Is way I give a 2 star rating.”

“Very disappointed on my order which was sent as a gift, the flowers received didn’t match what was ordered in the picture, very sparse and hardly enough to even part fill a small vase, I deed raise a complaint but felt the response didn’t deal with the matter raised, I will not be a returning customer and hope this honest review will help you to be constructive for your future customers.”

“Flower quality was good and my friend did like her gift when she actually received it. I opted for and paid for next day delivery and this is not what I got so the flowers missed my friends release from hospital. Needless to say I was angry and so upset as I ordered them specially for her and to cheer her up on what was a very bad day for her. When I contacted bunches the reply I got was that they were due to be delivered on the Wednesday (not the Tuesday) and I had chosen this delivery - well colour me surprised I already knew that they were being delivered a day late and errr no I would not have paid extra for next day delivery if I had chosen a date 2 days in advance! Not impressed with customer services or delivery services. Paid £6 to have next day delivery - I might as well have gone to my local florist and driven them to my friend myself! Will never use again and cannot recommend in any way. What is the point of using a service like this when they don't arrive when they are supposed to. First and last time I'm afraid that I will use this company.”

“Overall, this was a pretty small and unimpressive bouquet. Less flowers and of a worse quality than I’d expect. Much worse than the photos on the site would suggest.”

“The flowers were much smaller than the pictures on the site. I paid almost £50 to get an XL bunch and I was very disappointed with what was delivered. They looked cheap with some flowers already dying and didn’t look anything like the picture.”

“I would have given more stars but for the unfortunate state they were upon arrival to my friend. It seems they were delivered upside down and most plants had fallen out of container. I was told a some were retrievable but other plants ruined. This was a birthday present so rather disappointed.”
