“Didn’t look like the pictures at all in my opinion delivery time was good”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. “Not great! Flowers arrived without the usual soaked cotton wool / bag wrapped around base to retain moisture. Lasted 3 days before looking like they were 2 weeks old.”

“I have used bunches before and never had a problem. However this time I tried to get something nice for my other half and the flowers were horrible and lasted about 3 days before we threw them away. The savings pot was perfect but I would have been better going to teSco than the money u paid for flowers that looked nothing like the website and what I paid to upgrade them from standard.”

“I was a bit disappointed with this site,I had hoped they would send me a picture of the flowers I ordered. Would have liked to see the finished product after it was put together before it was sent to the receiver. As for the 4 questions below the answer is I DONT KNOW THE ANSWERS TO THOSE QUESTIONS AS I WASN'T INFORMED OF THEM. The receiver thanked me for the flowers but I never got to see them.😡don't think I'll use this site again in the future.”

“Not very satisfacory on this occasion; arrived late. You caveat this - date of arrival cannot be guaranteed unless more money is thrown at the delivery. But never a problem in the past when delivery was included in the cost. Delivery not at all satisfactory; reipient elderly and with limited mobility. Her parcel abandoned on its side at the foot of her steps and she needed to await a visitor. Just as well it was well packed, she thought.”

“I expected it too come all together in a beautiful bunch but the white ones and purple ones came seperated and was about 6 flowers altogether I was awfully dissapointed seems it was a birthday present for my partner. Won't be ordering again”

“The bunch of flowers were a day late!! Missing my mother's birthday despite giving 4 days notice. Can't say the bunch of flowers looked what I paid either! Shan't be using them again.!”

“Flowers were ok but the delivery was not what I expected. Arrived a day late. Tracking the flowers was not good either. Very disappointed that they were delivered late although ordered in plenty of time for a special birthday.”

“The bouquet was actually not like it was advertised online. There were a few colours that were added without any consent not what was advertised online. The card seemed to be as directed on the instructions stated whilst placing the order. The exact details about how to the bouquet was supposed to be delivered was evident with how it was going to be delivered on the same day that it was supposed to be.”

“Some of thr flowers were past their best and the gypsophila were not particularly rather lacklustre. Delivery was on time which was a plus. Overall I expected a better standard for the price. I regret to say I would be reluctant to use the service again”

“My parents sent me a photo of a few stems in a vase, it was quite embarrassing. Their bunch did not look like the photo. I will refrain from using you again.”
