I have used bunches on several occasions and have always been pleased with the service given up until now .i offered a hamper .i was told it would be delived on the selected day then told it was on its way then nothing. I kept looking at my emails but no more news . Eventually I saw that the hamper had been delivered but not to the address I had given it had just been left at the front of the flats and not to the address. Anyone could have picked it up and I know for a fact my friend was in all day .i had to text my friend to tell her a parcel had arrived . I am disappointed with this and will not consider using you again.

Unable to complete a full review as our friend didn't receive the flowers. The flowers ordered did look beautiful from the picture and the offer of next day delivery was good.

We received information from Royal Mail that the person was not known at the address provided at the point of purchase and they flowers were then returned back to us. i accumulated years of posey points and greedy, dishonest Bunches removed them! i now use other vendors as well as bunches. WORSE out of the blue came a charge to 'track' delivery. i do not need this yet there is no option to remove it. it is bogus and I think it is probably illegal.m you are an unnecessarily greedy company,, it's a shame because the flowers and service is good.

Very disappointed with the dried flowers I ordered, Never had anything but superb flowers from bunches. This time my friend phoned me and thanked me for the flowers which were for her 82 birthday but said she hoped I didn't pay much for them as they were not up to the usual standard.

When i saw the carnations 24 hours after they arrived, I was disappointed to see that, despit being put in a vase of water on delivery, the flowers were rather limp and heads quite small for the price.

I ordered the flowers for my daughters 60 birthday and they went to the wrong address and she had to go and pick them up .I went be ordering from yous again .

Ordered hand-tied bouquet of 'Enchanted Meadow' for special friend's 90th Birthday. Delivered on day requested but when friend's daughter sent me a photo the same day with a polite "thank you, lovely flowers" I was very disappointed as they looked nothing like the website picture! The flowers, apart from two peach roses (one of which was already drooping) were sparse and not of the variety illustrated and the greenery straggly, not even containing some of that pictured on website. I have used Bunches on several occasions over many years but I fear standards have dropped and won't be a returning customer.

We ordered and was given discount code25% off it was not accepted , we found some thru voucher codes and had 10% then with postage we basically saved the postage cost ... never had email or tracking and nothing to say if they were even delivered or to the right house ? Couldn't ring and ask the recipient because they were for my Aunt and Uncle , and my Uncle has been diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease , it's advanced quite quickly and they are not coping well. Hence why send lovely flowers to cheer them up ? Assume they got them like I said . We will not use bunches again as a first choice , we have been previous customers over past 10 years so very disappointed

Very disappointed. Flowers were lovely but put in a delivery day as requested, ordered 4 days before the required delivery day and they still arrived a day late, after the recipient’s 60th birthday making it a total waste of time and money.

The bouquet was a lot smaller than expected based on pictures, not even arranged or tied up with a bow. Not a good value for money.

I recently ordered the Mulberry blush for a friend who’s just lost her husband recently. I appreciate they arrive in bud form but they have not apparently blossomed into anything like the photograph and I’m very disappointed for her.

A bit disappointed this time. I ordered the tied bunch florists choice and they came in carelessly scrunched up brown paper with no tie. I think perhaps the envelope flowers are a better deal from Bunches.

Just over £30 for the only lasted 4 day’s with fresh water and the liquid additive won’t be buying from here again.

The flowers delivered look absolutely NOTHING like what i ordered for my grannys birthday. The photo showed at least 6 roses and there was only 3. The foliage also looked nothing like what was pictured. I'm very dissapointed and won't be using you again. A waste of nearly £40!

I ordered a bouquet for my sister's 26th Wedding Anniversary and was very disappointed with the flowers. To restore my trust you will need to do better. I have informed you of the situation, and have sent you photos of the flowers but you have not responded. If you wish for your customers to place future orders the you really need to look after them by taking their complaints seriously.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the bouquet that arrived. Our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during transit. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image.
