“Ordered 2 of these at same time meant to arrive Saturday before mother day one arrived the other didn’t arrive till later Sunday afternoon. Which meant I could give one to my mother when we went to visit!! Very disappointed!! And i thought for the price it would be a proper pot not just a plastic one covered in material! Again very disappointed. Don’t think I’ll order from here again.”

“Really overpriced for what you get. My flowers have been sent for Mother’s Day and it’s now almost a week later and still some flowers haven’t bloomed and some of the stalks were very short in length and look ridiculous. Won’t be using again. Only positive is that they arrived on time.”

“The flowers were not delivered qt the 1st time of asking, even though people were around at that time (my Mother lives in an assisted living type of accommodation). The same flowers were delivered at the 2nd time of asking several days after Christmas and not in good condition- several broken heads and stems and well as wilting. Disapointed does not cover our fellings. To redeem your good name, we would like to order some flowers for my mum's birthday...depending on your reply to this complaint.
