Flowers looked nothing like those I ordered, several of the stems were broken with others having the buds broken of. When my Granddaughter opened the box I felt very let down and I wish I had just bought flowers from my local shop. I did contact Bunches on the day and was asked to send photos, but to be honest I didn't bother as I was so annoyed

I arrived at the home the flowers were sent to unexpectedly and saw the flowers that I had sent, to say I was disappointed is putting it mildly. They were for the birth of a baby girl and I had chosen a pink and white bunch. In fact they were mainly purple flowers that I had never seen before with about 3white ones and a few very dark purple didn't see any chocolates so not sure if they were delivered.

I wish I had not assumed that the picture on the web site would illustrate how the flowers would look. When my son-in-law did his best to arrange them, so that my very ill daughter could enjoy them l was disappointed with the result. When I Skyped her and saw the flowers I thought they looked too few and scrappy. Perhaps I should have paid more and bought a bigger bunch. Jane lives over a hundred miles away from me so I had hoped to give her a lovely surprise from her elderly Mum

Delivered a bunch of flowers not an arrangement as Bunches insisted on calling it. I paid £18.99 for the privilege of diy flower arranging.Bunches rely on purchaser not seeing and recipient not wishing to offend. I bought two bunches from supermarket with more and better flowers for £3.89.

Very small bouquet and rather disappointing after paying extra for a larger one and for some extra sprays. Not good value for money.

Order not only arrived 24 hours before the requested delivery date, spoiling the surprise but delivery was made at 06.50 am, getting the (very ill) recipient out of bed.

I have taken a look into your order and can see that your gift was dispatched on Tuesday 6th December on our free delivery service with Royal Mail as requested when you placed your order through our website,as advertised this delivery can take place within a 1-2 day period. The Royal Mail do state that their delivery hours are between 8am and 6pm and so we are also very sorry to hear this and will be happy to take this up further with them. Sadly the flowers delivered were nothing like the photograph shown on the website. Very dissapointing as they were a thank you gift and I ended up apologising for the poor quality.

This is my 3rd order from Bunches who are normally brilliant. On this occasion though, the leaves on the flowers had withered within 3 days and had to be disposed of within 5. This was a gift for my mum who is poorly and since I live in Australia I normally find the service, choice and cost excellent. It won't stop me using you but I wanted to feedback on my experience this time.

i ordered a bunch of congratulation bouquet to be sent on Sunday for my friend's graduation ceremony on Monday. My friend was so happy and surprised however she didn't even bring that to ceremony. i was surprised and a bit upset but she send me pictures afterward which explained everything. The bouquet was wrapped by white/milky paper which can't even show any if you dont tear them off. The bouquet really was accepted that not as beautiful as sample picture. But the one she received was like send to florist that they are capable to do the combination. The bouquet was clearly divided into 3 kinds of flowers. which was ugly. They just received an order and wrap them by order and thats it. So really what's the point of sending bouquet. Hope this comment may draw your attention.

I received a bunch of orchids on Tuesday 6th Dec. They were lovely and I did what I usually do with flowers. Cut an inch off the bottom and put them in fresh water. The started dying before my eyes It looks as though they aren't getting enough water. I wrote this on the feedback page asking for advice. Nothing today. And they are still dying in front of my eyes. Which is a pity as they are beautiful flowers an arrived well packaged Again Advice would be welcome Many thanks

Dear Sir Madam, I have been using Bunches to deliver flowers for some time now. I ordered recently for my mother for her Birthday. Specifically wanting these delivered on her Birthday to make it a special day!! They arrived 2 Days Earlier..... This is not the first time this has happened. Happy birthday card was all creased up and not even in an envelope. Flowers were just about ok but not as fresh as the ones you buy from a florist shop. I hate online shopping.

Flowers were delivered to my mum as a birthday present but the message card was missing. Additionally, the size of the bunch was extremely small and certainly not worth the £30 price tag.

Ordered the Butterfly Birthday Gift for my Mother-in-Law and could have laughed when they came. Although they looked lovely in the picture when got delivered to her house they had 6 dehydrated flowers and some plastic butterfly just on the side. She says she loved them anyway but it was so embarrassing that I had to sit and look at them when we visited. Never using again. When complained via email and they eventually replied they asked me to count the flowers to get back to them. Again comical as they had died by the time I received their email. (This happened back in march but I have just seen that you can leave reviews on the website)

I paid for courier delivery to ensure the flowers would arrive before 12. They did not arrive until after 3pm. The receiver had to be advised and therefore the surprise spoiled. Why pay extra for a service that was not provided? Would have been as well using royal mail as i had ordered in plenty of time.

As advertised this service can take place between the hours of 8am until 6pm . Easy enough to use but the flowers weren't the same quality (or even the same size of bunch) as I'd ordered previously. They arrived on Saturday and already withered (today is Tuesday). I wouldn't recommend that anyone uses this site based on that, in fact, I've told several people to shop elsewhere.

The flowers looked nothing like they did on the picture, some of them looked like they were dead. These were a present that I was very embarrassed about my friend receiving.
