I'm afraid I was really disappointed with the £19.99 Christmas bunch, so much so that I rang you and have returned it. Hopefully you have refunded it to my card by now...... I wasn't quite sure why it had cost so much - the cRnations were in bud (and in my experience don't often come out) and the white flowers were floppy and it just did not look at all like the picture. The flowers that I sent to my daughter for her birthday was not delivered on that day, and she ended up collecting a bunch of wilted flowers on the Monday!

Was very disappointed with the flowers delivered to my mother very poor display of flowers and also very poor customer service when questioned !!!!

I paid to have my flowers delivered on a Sunday for my sisters 50th birthday. I got an email confirmation on the morning to confirm the hour slot for delivery but they didn't arrive They arrived the following day, a day older and not on her birthday. I had to contact bunches and was offered a refund on delivery which wasn't particularly generous as delivery on a Monday would normally have been free anyway.

I ordered two sets of flowers, one for my mother in law's birthday and one for my wife (Christmas flowers). This was the first time I have used Bunches and used the RBS Bank partner arrangement. Unfortunately, despite paying for the larger flowers I was really disappointed with the sizes of the bouquets and they were really droopy when they arrived as they has been posted without being in water (I acknowledge this may not be easy to do). As such, it was a little embarrassing given the recipients. On the positive side, the communication from bunches was good, your website is really good / easy to use and the flowers arrived on time.

Dear all, firstly I ordered the flowers to arrive on the 17th instead it arrived 2 days before, however when I phoned and spoke to your customer service they told me I had opted for free delivery that's the reason why I got them earlier than the date I wanted which by the way I did not realize that. Secondly I was disappointed with the look of the flowers I received they didn't look like the bright lively flowers in the picture. Kind regards Sevgi

Smelt nice but "large " is what I would class as small. very disappointed, should have gone Aldi and saved a lot of money for a lot more flowers.

Despite being told that my card was included, the recipient of my gift was mystified as to who had sent it as no card, or indeed any information was included, resulting in a somewhat embarrassed search round her contacts before she could find out who she should thank. This seems to be a basic requirement, and its omission does not inspire confidence in your company.

Ordered a Christmas gift bouquet for my mum's 92nd birthday but although easy to order and flowers arrived on time, the bouquet was thin and not like the photo on your website. Disappointed it looked so poor in the photos as could not be with her on the day.

The bouquet that I had delivered to my parents looked nothing like the bouquet advertised. This was a christmas bouquet but was really dull and had hardly any red flowers in it. I know that flowers are delivered in bud but even when the llilies are open the bouquet will still look nothing like the advertised photos!! I find it hard to believe that you had to substitute red chrysanthemums for dark burgandy as red flowers are in abundance this time of year. I rang to advise that I was not happy and was advised that it would be noted! I have used Bunches before but would not use this company again. The santa choc was also missing. You advised that this will now be sent separately. I did not feel that I had value for money and would have got a better bouquet from a supermarket!

Looking into your order I can see the Royal Mail First Class Post service has been the chosen delivery this can take 1-2 days, this is highlighted on the calendar when you place your order and throughout your order confirmation. My order 7472404 was due to be delivered to the recipient on 12th December. Today, 13th, no delivery, the Orchids simply did not arrive, no notification received as to when despatched, no information given by email...do you care about your customers?
