Christmas Day evening and I've just discovered the flowers I ordered to be delivered on 22nd December were not delivered to the hotel room. Not sure whether this is down to the hotel or Bunches not delivering. Need to investigate as this is so disappointing.

Flowers were bland and did not represent what was purchased. Had to buy more flowers to make them look good. Have found in most orders recently quality is not as good as it used to be.

Thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry to hear this and for any disappointment this matter has caused, I have taken a look into your order and can see these were dispatched on our free delivery service as requested with the Royal Mail. As advertised this delivery can take place during a 1-2 day period and unfortunately as this is not the traceable option although aware of which two days the period will be t we do not know which day out of the two that these would arrive . The flowers were delivered but then taken away and Receivers had to collect the flowers and got them home and they had wilted

I have taken a look into this and can see that your gift was dispatched using out free delivery service with the Royal Mail. Unfortunately if no one is at home when an attempted delivery does occur the driver may indeed return the gift if he feels it is unsafe for this to be left and we are assured that a calling card is also left at the given address to inform the recipient. Not as advertised I. E flowers did not look as when decorated in the picture. The 'cake ' was not shown in a way you would know that it is literally a bite. The way they were wrapped it had no appeal . These were for work and honestly I felt ashamed. I have previously gone with serena flowers and will return to them. Only plus was fast delivery

I have used Bunches many times in the past with multiple orders and been happy with the flowers dispatched. This time, however my Christmas orders were disappointing. Not the usual standard. I hope this was a one off. Geoff Field

Ordered in plenty of time but my Aunt had to go unexpectedly into a rest home. I informed Bunches of this in what I expected was plenty of time, but they said I had put the incorrect address on so nothing could be done. Her house was empty of furniture and redirection was paid for but she never got the flowers. All the correspondence to Bunches was very unsatisfactory and my money was lost.

Arrived before the date requested & my son said it looked tiny compared to the picture. Very disappointed. They were a gift for my Sons in laws from us.

The bouquet looks nothing like the one on the website - I appreciate that the buds are yet to open, but it looks a bit 'lean.' I have e-mailed the Customer Services department to express my disappointment. It is a shame because all of the many bouquets I have previously ordered and received have been excellent.

prompt delivery but items were not up to standards and flowers were small as compared to description and photo. All in all should have gone with interflora or bought from the shops. Disappointed.

For the second or third time over the last year I have had to complain over the quality of some of the flowers delivered. Response back from Bunches has been good each time but in future will now be looking elsewhere for flower deliveries.

No free chocolates .NO CARD which was paid for. No indication as to sender.Flowers were fine. What went wrong.

Ordered flowers for My elderly mum as a Christmas present not happy with the arrangement. Looked poor small amount of flower and not like what I had ordered. So I have sent an e-mail of complaint. I have used bunches several times and had no reason to complain but this time I would have got a better bunch in local supermarket for less the price. Hope to here from them soon

I was sent a photograph of the flowers I had ordered for Rachel Wall (she sent me the pic immediately), originally for her mother who had died and I was very disappointed I ordered with you because I had been satisfied in the past but will now have second thoughts before placing another order I even promoted you on my Facebook Page ! Very few flowers, mostly Christmas cones and 'gold' leaves - three wilted white carnations, three wilted red carnations and some 'almost dead' lily buds. My elderly friend sends me Bunches flowers every year, I have complained to the Company in the past and found Customer Service is very poor and, basically, uncaring. I do not want to upset my friend by telling her how awful this Company is, as she is unable to get out to shop elsewhere.
