Some of the stems were broken on arrival and buds were missing. Didn't make the best surprise!!

The flowers look small, not as grand as shown on the website. Might be it's due to the beginning of flowering. Moreover, the message card seems missing. I remember I get 2 leaflets inside the box.

Was promised a Wednesday delivery but they didn't arrive until Thursday when the recipients had already left

Looking into your order I can see the Royal Mail First Class Post service has been the chosen delivery this can take 1-2 days, this is highlighted on the calendar when you place your order and throughout your order confirmation. I think for price you pay you don't get much for your money. I wouldn't have called that a bunch of flowers and was embarrassed when my friend sent the picture of the flowers she received only good thing was delivery

The flowers were apparently lovely, but they arrived two days early while my sister was away and so were very wilted.

When delivered I was extremely disappointed as they didn't look like what I had ordered . Plus some of the flowers on delivery were already dieing.

The flowers and everything with it were delivered fine but I had been notified that my payment didn't go through so ordered something else therefore due to the mixup I ended up spending double the amount I wanted to and didn't receive a receipt of payment so don't actually know what I have spent?

There needs to be a more accurate picture of the flowers you are going to receive for the amount you spend. I brought the 18.99 bunch thinking it would be a nice bunch, I was very disappointed as I could have purchased a nicer bunch from Tesco for £5.

The flowers arrived in a box and most of the soil was in the bottom of the box and the plants were all over the place. Sorry wouldn't use again

The flowers arrived on time and well packaged, however they looked totally different to what was shown on the web site. I feel like it just wasn't what I ordered.

The flowers evidently couldn't be delivered, but although I gave my phone number I was not contacted. They are still at a depot, as my son and daughter-in-law both work and haven't had the time to collect them.

Hi have been a customer for a long time and never had a problem. Last order arrived late, and then was delayed further as postman rather than leave with a neighbour as usual took back to delivery office. Flowers were several days in transit before delivery.

Flowers looked past their best when they arrived. Did not improve, compared to other lowers received, very drab. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed with quantity of flowers. Photos made it look like there was more to them. Not impressed with how they were presented in the box. Very disappointed. Could have got a better bunch in a supermarket and that was not the idea

There was no notification to inform customers that the flowers were despatched. The parcel was left on the porch.

Your Bunches Order Confirmation - 7437625 Arrived a day early. Flowers were inadequate and pathetic. Compared to previous experiences and standards this was way off the mark and expectation. Unless resolved will never use this service again.

For the 2nd year running the delivery failed. This year they were delivered to the wrong address, and were only discovered today, 4 days after the birthday!
