I had requested a change in delivery date but it was not adhered to.....despite the confirmation. The recipient was a sick person and was inconvenienced. The quality of flowers was very poor. They were a dozen carnations and very very poor in quality.

Supposed to arrive on the 25 Nov arrived 28. Paid additional to have delivered on time. Basket with all sorts

Bunch of flowers turned up and they was a lot more smaller then I thought - next time will be off to get flowers from a supermarket for better value and more flowers ....

My daughter sent me a 'BUNCH' of carnations for my birthday. On arrival two or three of the blooms were fully open, the remainder in bud, of which about half were showing colour (pink and yellow) Over the next fortnight about a quarter of these buds opened - the rest just shrivelled and died. Before I realised what a disaster my flowers were, I sent my daughter a slightly similar bunch of carnations and alstromeria. as she had been in hospital and was expected home. I have not yet heard from her whether she fared any better. I shall not use Bunches again.

Ordered Sunday because it said that if they were ordered before a certain time you could get next day delivery. Went through ordering process, only to be told at the end that they wouldn't be delivered til Tuesday. Ordered anyway. Flowers not delivered til Wednesday. Although the email confirmation said Tuesday couldn't be guaranteed, I didn't think this was made obvious at time of ordering. Very disappointed. (In fact as the recipient was out on Wednesday, they were not received til Thursday). As I said, Very Disappointed ??

Disappointed with the flowers that were delivered for a friend's birthday. Looked nothing like the image online - very meagre by comparison. Underwhelmed.

2 bunches of flowers went to the same address - my fault probably - but just tried to change the message on the card and ended up with 2 orders and paying for 2 bunches don't know how that happened - wish there was a way you could have flagged this up and asked if it was a mistake sending 2 bunches to the same address seems a bit odd

The basket is very sub-standard.In particular,itdoes not sit properly and has gaps in the wicker-work. The flowers are not arranged very satisfactorily.All-in-all, does not compare with the web picture and is therefore disappointing.

Flowers should have been delivered yesterday or the day before. No sign of them yet.

It takes days before the flowers will open up to look anything like the picture depicts. Bad value for money! They should show a picture of how they will look delivered. The free chocolate was a packet of buttons. Rather embarrassed I sent this as a present!

The flowers I purchased based on the picture on the website did not reflect what was delivered to be honest and I was very disappointed!

Compared to my previous experience my recent order was dreadful. The flowers were in poor condition, were dry and in some cases desiccated beyond recovery, and arrived at the very end of the day.

Usually a great service and quality flowers. On this occasion the flowers my daughter received for her 18th birthday were past their best.

I was very disappointed with the bunch of flowers I ordered for my mother's 90th birthday. I could have bought the same flowers from a supermarket for a quarter of the price. Consequently I will not be using Bunches UK again and will certainly NOT recommend them to family and friends!
