“The flowers looked okay, I only seen a photo as sent to a freind, but unfortunately didn’t arrive the day they were due to and I guess this had damaged them as they haven’t lasted very long at all. They are a convenient way to send flowers, but I will probably go back to useing a local florist”

“Beautiful flowers well worth the money. However... I was one of the 5% who did not get the flowers delivered the day I wanted them - apparently they have a 95% hit rate on free delivery.. Read the small print!”

“The flowers I bought didn't look like the picture, especially when it was a anniversary present but delivery service was good. I wish I had bought to lots of flowers to fill the vase up”

“Was quite disappointed with the recent order that I had delivered to my friend for her 80th birthday. Not up to your usual standard I'm afraid and they didn't look as good or last as long either. I will rate you on past experience not this recent one.”

“we ordered the flowers for a birthday and delivery obviously for the day itself. two days late delivery is not good! one day perhaps could be accepted, but not two, the flowers when delivered were accepted with delight by the lady but she was non plussed as to why she should have flowers out of the blue and not from her husband, bunches could have handled things better.! the quality of flowers gave you a lift from poor on this occasion”

“Have used Bunches in the past with good results but unfortunately the Orchids which were delivered on this occasion lasted no time at all. Disappointed. Easy to use website and flowers delivered on day requested.”

“As far as I know the bouquet was fine. I did alter the order twice and apologised (I was given incorrect information by the recipient). However I just received a series of standard replies and no alterations showed up on the order so I needed more specific information to ascertain when the delivery would actually be made. I realise that this is probably not usual but, in this case, more discretion would have been useful.”

“I have used Bunches several times and the service is always good although I have never seen the actual flowers until this time when I visited the recipient. I have to say I was rather disappointed with the size of the bouquet as it was very small. For the amount I paid I would have expected something a bit larger and more striking. I have seen better bunches of flowers in Tescos for £5!! I have rated you acceptable overall more for the service rather than the quality of flowers.”

“I have ordered from Bunches before and have always been pleased. Unfortunately I have been let down by them twice and my last experience was dealt with unsatisfactorily. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered on a Saturday (having given them 5 days notice) but sadly the flowers did not arrive until the Monday evening (2 days later).”

“Delivery could have been better, driver left flowers down in an insecure area, would not deliver to recipients front door. I found the amount of blooms to be very few for the price and they drooped within 3 days, illustration on website didn’t match product delivered.”

“The flowers were all full bloom and stated they would turn up budded and one of the flower heads was chopped off. The wife says the were lovely flowers but doesn't believe they will last 2 weeks”
